I am incredibly disappointed with the treatment (or lack thereof) that I received from Dr. Lubahn…read more After reading such positive reviews I had eagerly scheduled myself an appt in hopes of figuring out my chronic issues and discomforts I had been experiencing. After waiting over a month to get in for just a virtual visit, and taking an hour off of my work day to specifically meet with her, I had finally reached my appt date and time. There was an issue with our appt portal and the call had somehow disconnected. I attempted to log back onto our session and waited for 10 minutes with no response. I called into her office twice where they said they had "sent her a message" but that was all they could do. They told me she probably had moved onto the next client. Not so much as a single phone call was made to me during all of this, despite them having confirmed my number multiple times prior. They had only attempted to reach me hours later when I was already back to work, and then had the audacity to say i had just "missed" the appt. I will not be rescheduling and will now have to put another shot into the dark in hopes of finding a urologist that I can trust. Part of me hadn't wanted to schedule an appt as I had been getting the runaround from multiple doctors already and just felt defeated and ignored by health care professionals. But I decided I'd give it a shot anyways in hopes that a specialist would understand my desperation of trying to find out what is wrong with my body. Turns out it was no different. I'm sure she's a wonderful woman and doctor but just the lack of support or empathy to her clients needs is disheartening. I wish I hadn't gone through all of the trouble of scheduling this appt in the first place..

O.K. I'm told that people mostly write reviews when they are unhappy...that certainly is the case…read morehere. I have been a patient of this clinic for a little over one year. Jessica Lubahn is my physician there. I have no issues with Dr. Lubahn, my issues are with their office. About one year ago I went to the ER at Meridian Park Hospital with what turned out to be a 7mm kidney stone. I was referred to Dr. Lubahn. Had surgery and all went well. While I was in their office the first time it seemed there were issues between the receptionist and another office worker....I thought to myself it was unprofessional and not something patients should be aware of. My second interaction with the office was another possible kidney stone passing so I placed a call to Dr. Lubahn. 6 hours had passed with no return call (I was told either the doc or a nurse would get back to me right away) so instead I drove myself to the ER. Not cool. Here I am again passing another kidney stone with urine that is brown so I called their office this morning when they opened. I explained what was going on and the receptionist (who was very nice btw) took notes and said she would ask the nurse to call me back. When I said I wanted to speak directly to Dr. Lubahn she said, again, she would have the nurse call me back. After waiting for 7 hours, I called back to the same receptionist and made it known I wasn't happy...7 flippin' hours?? Really??? Well, she informed me that the initial message to the nurse hadn't gone through..good God...shortly thereafter, a nurse....I think she said her name was Melia called back and asked what was going on.....that was at 4pm today....she said she needed to discuss it with Dr. Lubahn and that she would call me back....it is now 6:30 pm, they are closed and I never received a call back! I am 60 years old and I have NEVER received worse follow-through from a medical office! Shame on them!!! This is how you treat an established patient who you know is very uncomfortable and passing a kidney stone? If you are looking for a Urology clinic I would not choose this one! Again, while Jessica Lubahn seems to be a fine physician, unfortunately it's the staff you have to deal with....from the outside looking in, this is clearly a case of the right hand not knowing what the left is doing! Unfortunately for the Urology Clinic, I am Portland's local Welcome Wagon lady and the person who refers all the new families moving into Portland to the local businesses, medical providers etc.......

I came in for an examination after not seeing these folks for over two years. Things have changed:…read morethe urologists, according to the card I took, call themselves Advanced Urology Associates, and they are now under an umbrella organization called The Oregon Clinic. Same address as in my earlier review. Many of the staffers were new to me and although the exam seemed more chaotic and superficial than in the past I believe the diagnosis was correct.

The medical center is easily navigated, with a volunteer near the entrance to help you find what you're looking for. Parking is usually easy to obtain although it can be crowded depending on the time of day and the day of the week that one is visiting the medical center. The restrooms are clean and fully stocked. The center itself is neat and clean. Oregon Clinic Cardiology is difficult to contact, with return calls often not addressing what the message was. My own cardiologist has been a challenge to work with but the facility itself is decent. I hope that Oregon Clinic Cardiology can take a "customer service note" from Legacy and up their game to match my experience with Legacy's excellent customer service.

They do this to my best friend and I'll never forgive myself for not speaking up more but these women are pure evil. They're tactic is to terrify you by saying the babies life is at risk and then they swap out the nurse and the doctor last minute. I've heard of the story many times and I didn't think it would happen to her, but then it did literally verbatim. Pitocin epidural forced in to C-section, even though the baby was in the canal they lied and said that he swallowed his meconium and then they forced her to take the baby out and then I had to go to the Nicu so now they made a half $1 million on her there was nothing wrong with her. Do not have your child here. Have a natural birth. Don't let these monsters scare you into making them money and putting your baby and your life at risk. They did the textbook tactic.. may they burn in hell
