I asked for my favorite local bridge (St Johns), Forest park and fish. Randy was my first contact. He listened to my request and came up with a design I love. Then Jim made the gate and installed it with Steven. From start to finish it took a few weeks only because of me trying to decide on a design. Once I made a decision, then it took a week to make and a day to install. Jim and Steve dug deep down to set the posts. I appreciate the high quality work that went into fabrication, parts used, and the installation of this gate. The next day, Jim ran the needed tests, checked the operation of the system, and explained how to operate the gate including any challenges that might arise. I am receiving many compliments for this gate from my neighbors and passerby's. The operation is super quiet and smooth. I appreciate the talent and knowledge that went into the making of this gate. I received a well made product at a great price! I'm a very happy customer. My high expectations for this gate were met. I received a custom gate for a fraction of the cost of a plain gate other companies quoted me. CHIP and Dale's Iron Works are honest, trustworthy and down-to-earth. You won't go wrong with these guys.

I'd recommend contacting Ryan Industries if you need any metal work done, and need a fast response.

In an effort to introduce an opportunity to them the receptionist and the marketing gentleman were both incredibly rude and even went so far as to hang up on one of our employees. It is a real shame that, in an effort to support our local Oregon Food Bank we couldn't get support or even a little common courtesy from this company. A simple "No Thank You" would've sufficed. Needless to say, we will not be using them for any of our printing or stamp needs, and we will likely encourage others to follow suit.

I would definitely recommend them.
