I would recommend minimally invasive foot surgery to everyone who is suffering with foot pain. My bunion was HUGE and now I can wear cute shoes again without being embarrassed. Northwest Surgery Center is amazing. The staff is great and so friendly. I can't say enough good stuff about this place.

Went there for bunion surgery back in June. X-rays revealed some other abnormalities which he said…read morehe could repair at the same time. I should have stuck with just the bunion surgery because every other "repair" he did has caused me nothing but pain both on top and bottom of my foot and the inability to wear any other footwear but Birkenstocks at a cost of at least $100(+) per pair and Taos sandals at $165/pr., not to mention the numbness and sometimes burning I still experience in the bunion surgery area. Taking me back to my 2nd sentence -- I should have stuck with just the bunion surgery!

Dr. Jesse Bauwens is an AMAZING Orthopedic Surgeon!! My Primary Doctor referred me to Dr. Jesse…read moreBauwens after I injured my knee on vacation. On my first office with visit Dr Jesse, he immediately put me at ease with personal engaging demeanor. He explained my options thoroughly and I felt confident he was perfect for me! In November 2022, Dr. Jesse performed a Mako Robotic assisted Total Knee Replacement. My surgery went fantastic. Later that same day, I was walking with a walker during PT. Dr. Jesse made sure my pain was managed during my recovery. My recovery went so well, I had my other knee replaced 3 1/2 months later! That recovery was even better. At 60 years old, I am pain free and loving my life!! I highly recommend Dr. Jesse Bauwens. I have already referred several friends to him after they saw my results!

I see two different doctors here, Dr. Trinkl and Dr. Bamrah. Dr. Trinkl handles my arms (for me,…read moreelbows and wrists, specifically) and Dr. Bamrah handles my legs (specifically my knees). Sometimes, I only need to see Tracy, Dr. Bamrah's assistant, and she is awesome. I have undergone carpal tunnel release surgery, as well as having an overly sensitive nerve tacked in place at my elbow, and I have had torn cartilage removed from my knee. Appointments are fairly easy to get here, with, IMHO, pretty short wait times. I don't think I've ever waited longer than 6 weeks (and that was a one-off) to get in here, versus MONTHS for the dentist or a GP. Surgery is always scheduled very quickly from your appointment, and depending on what you are having done, may be performed here in the clinic downstairs, or a nearby hospital. I've done both. The parking lot is decently sized, or there is street parking. If you're looking for a doctor who will actually listen to you AND help you, this is the place. I know other people who are patients of some of the other doctors, and they like the place as well. This location is just off 27th street on Rawson, but there is another location on the corner of 108th (Mayfair Rd.) and Burleigh, if that works better for you. 29/2024

I can't begin to tell you how wonderful Dr. Pauers is…read more I came to him by a client of my dog walking company. I had surgery scheduled and it was the 23rd hour. Dr. Pauers staff managed to talk me off the proverbial ledge and got me in within a weeks time. It was the best appointment I've ever had. I was seeing another practitioner in Racine. I felt like this practice was a cafeteria without any personalized or special attention, and that I was simply a number. I don't feel this way with Dr. Pauers. Dr. Pauers took a long time to explain my condition at our first meeting. He didn't candy coat what was happening, yet he gave me hope that he could help me. Six months later, he has given me orthotics, cortisone shots and great stretching exercises to do. I love going to see him because he is such a wonderful Dr. Anyone who needs a podiatrist should look no further; he is exceptional.

I went home .. The pain continued to get worse - now it is really raising my blood pressure. Emailed my sports medicine doctor - who is affiliated with this clinic ..to tell her about the pain and was told she would evaluate me in TWO weeks! Yes! You read that right! I will have to wait for two weeks to be evaluated. If you have broken bones - and are in pain - go elsewhere for REAL medical attention. Never again! Worst possible care. They (this is systemic within many Froedtert clinics ) treat everyone like we are all drug addicts. Apparently they don't understand that not giving pain medication when it is truly needed and appropriate ...is as bad as over prescribing or prescribing medication when it isn't needed. No common sense! How can you possibly trust a doctor with no common sense? You CAN'T! Unethical and unprofessional. Heartless.

I absolutely cannot tolerate having my back "cracked." I have had some negative experiences with chiropractic care in the past. I knew I would benefit from chiropractic care for numerous (back, hip, knee) issues but I was nervous. Dr. Cosson listened to all my concerns and was able to show and explain things to me in a very easy to understand, yet detailed, manner. He uses a physical therapy type treatment approach. He does some soft tissue work combined with particular exercises to help my issues. He has helped me immensely - without the traditional "cracking" of my back. I have seen him for mid back, low back, hip, shoulder and knee issues. Each visit he is able to figure out my issues and explain the issue and then treatment approach. I would highly encourage anyone even considering chiropractic care to call Dr. Cosson. It's easy to make an appointment and you can even do it online.
