Never asked any further questions and advised my orthotics would be ready in 4 weeks. When they came in they were just flimsy foam pads like I had bought at Target. That time, I did not see Dr. Amiot but an assistant. The orthodics were too big for my shoes and so the assistant cut them down with a scissors to fit. They do nothing for my problem. I was told to come back in a month. I found Dr. Amiot very aloof and unfriendly, as was the girl at the desk. I would never go back to that office nor to Dr. Amiot.

Dr. Kehoe recommended Dr. Printz for my hip replacement surgery. Since you're reading these reviews, you probably are trying to find a good Orthopedic surgeon. I'd say look no further than Dr. Printz. As far as I'm concerned, he could not have done a better job on my surgery. I'm back to walking three miles a day, six weeks after surgery. I still have a little achiness and swelling, but that's getting better every week. So, if you've got hip pain get it fixed by Dr. Printz ASAP, don't let yourself suffer. Dr. Printz did an excellent job communicating with me and addressing all of my questions. Also, a shout-out to Holly, the doctor's administrative assistant, for giving me sound advice and getting me an earlier surgery date from someone who canceled out. I can't take the medication he wanted to prescribe due to jobs so he recommended some compound pharmacy out of like California, that insurance doesn't cover. I ended up having surgery at another hospital for the complaint I went in with- split tendon, and torn retinacular the issue was right there in the MRI and instead the doc at advanced dismissed it and tried to claim it was CRPS. Billing is also rude. Becky likes to hang up on you, if you have complaints. Yea, I have a complaint because the docs rush job and misdiagnosis it cost me extra time and money to find another doctor and a visit to a specialist to see if I had what the doc at this location said I had-which is not even close to what was the issue. Made a complaint on Facebook as well and the office completely went on defensive and acted unprofessionally then I went to respond and they blocked me. The doctor who responded tried to say I was having issues with my current doctor and why I'm upset. No, my current doctor actually listened, and fixed the issue. They also claimed I didn't follow up, I wasn't told of any followups, it was you have CRPS, here's some meds and sent on way. No mention of followup.

The doctor and could focus on the problem of flat feet and aging. He suggested a couple types of ortho products along with sample. Glad he found nothing serious and I should try the recommended products and if they work great otherwise I was welcome to return and discuss other options., i definitely would return. When having to deal with doctor's, it's always nice to have someone you have confidence in as a liaison and Lydia is definitely that person!

Then, I missed a call from them the next morning and I called back. The receptionist told me I had to book an appointment and I told her I already had. She told me I had to book an appointment and I told her I already paid the fee. She had zero clue what she was doing and it made me assume she was a scammer. So, I chewed her out and told her to transfer me to a supervior. ANY respectable doctor would've gotten on the phone with a client and explained the situation, or at the LEAST would NOT have hired a bunch of duds to run the phone lines! Anyway, this employee changed her voice and pretended to be a supervisor (I've worked in call centers- I know the drill). So I called her out on it and demanded to speak to someone reputable who knew what they were actually doing. She refused. I hung up and filed a fraud report with my bank. These duds can't write a coherent sentence! They called and harrass me MULTIPLE TIMES throughout the day, and I inform them that I am filing a report with the Better Business Bureau because I had to CANCEL my credit card. Well folks, read all about it! Here's the EXACT email from them via the BBB. What a sorry parade of clowns. STAY AWAY! I will keep this review updated as this progresses. After experiencing foot pain for months, and having tried many healing options, I went here. After being told that I've done quite a bit already and perhaps need physical therapy (elsewhere) I was given a prescription and sent on my way. What wasn't explained to me was that the "free foot screening" went out the window once Dr Nute wrote a prescription for a pain medication that I didn't need and never filled. BEWARE that this business is not clear about when the free foot screening ends and the "treatment" begins. After sharing this concern with them, I was told to pay the bill or I'll be sent to collections. I guess I learned my lesson... and wanted to share it with others.
