We called all day and no answer! My friend wrote to them on IG and they said just show up. They open at 9:00am, I called when we got there at 9:30 (per instructions on the door) and the lady said she would be there at 9:45 so give her a couple of minutes. I imagine due to covid they're short staffed / don't have as many kiddos going in, so it didn't deter us much, but just something to note. We would still happily return! My mother approached the play area with shoes but did not enter and was scolded... She was not planning to enter. After watching the way the management treated their clientele, i would not recommend. I think what this owner needs to recognize is stomping around in stilettos like Miss Hannigan from Annie isn't an appropriate way to conduct business with children or an adult who chose your venue to host their child's party. There are companies that will bring play areas to your yard. Check instagram. It was a huge party too, about 20 kids + their parents so it was pretty chaotic from the start. With it being winter and everyone having gigantic coats on, the space to move around and maneuver within the party area was pretty tight! But I guess all that comes with the territory and for those with kids, it's pretty much expected. Took my daughter to the trampoline area and the place is huge with different areas to jump in and run around. It's a lot of kids and I don't believe there were enough workers to supervise all of the individual areas. It's easy to lose your kid here, especially if they are small and under 10 years old. So I chose to stay close to mine. My daughter did get hurt right before the end of the party. I made sure she wasn't in a highly trafficked area and of course the moment I take my eyes off her for what seemed like 5 seconds, I find her on the ground crying and claiming she is not able to get up. I thought she had broken her leg. After consoling her and asking her what happened, she finally told me that some little boy collided with her and banged her knee. The moral of the story is, be careful when you come here as it's risky. There is not really a separate place for young kids and big kids - they all pretty much jump together. I tried to protect her from the rowdy kids but I've come to the realization that these trampoline parks are a big liability. That is why they make you sign a waiver when you come. It's a fun place but we may be taking a little break until my little one is a little bigger.

From mazes to electronic features, and engaging cast and gore, it was both fun and creepy from beginning to end. I definitely screamed a few times, and after I exited, I watched as other "survivors" came racing out to escape the final element of fear. I've been to several haunted houses, although not for several years, and this one stands out as one of the best I've been to in the area. While this is a park district production, it's definitely not for small children, but great for probably teenagers and up. For the general public, admission is $13, or $20 for a fast pass. I was told it takes about 15 minutes to go through it, though I didn't time our visit to confirm that. By the time we left around 7:30, the line had grown pretty long, and it was only the second day it was open for the season. I'd recommend a visit to Scream Scene to get you in the Halloween spirit!

It is a mother/daughter duo that run the business. They were super nice and helpful!! They do not charge a sitting fee, you just pay for the ceramic piece you pick out. I thought the prices were really reasonable considering it also covers the paint, apron, table coverings, paper towels, as well as use of their space, brushes and paint trays. We picked out large serving pieces, which were each about $50. You can choose a gloss that can be dried in half an hour which is included in the price of the piece or have it sent out to be fired which is an extra $4 per piece. They even clean up for you afterwards. The space is huge, with lots of tables to work at and tons of ceramics to choose from. I highly recommend checking this fun venue out!!

There's…read moreat least a couple large rooms for activity; when we were here there was something going on in the large room right in front of the doors and then in the other room soccer practice was happening. The jungle gym is in the room further back in the building, and most of the room is taken up with a large three or four level play structure. There's a few slides on it, some ropes to climb over, a little obstacle course, and lots of fun to be had. All the kids were loving it and we spent at least an hour and a half playing around and I think they could have gone for more. There's an $8 fee per child to go to the jungle gym, as of November 2025. They take cash or a card at the front desk. Definitely ask about wrist bans, or if you need to keep your receipt... there was a sign on the jungle gym door that was pretty adamant about having one, but no one in our group of five kids had one. They may only be for busy days but better to be safe than have to convince someone you've already paid. I also noticed that for the week of Thanksgiving they're doing open play throughout the week, taking reservations to make sure you can get in. If you'd like to find an easy way to let your kiddos expend some energy, this could be a good spot. There are a few tables for parents to sit at. No shoes on the play structure, and don't forget to bring socks!
