We were referred to Mo when I found out I would be relocating for work. We first spoke with Mo on a Friday and that same Sunday we were touring houses. By Sunday evening we were under contract. Mo doesn't mess around and operates with an immense sense of care and urgency. Mo's expertise and care doesn't stop there. Through out our entire process Mo was there to ask any questions give us guidance and to help relieve some of the stress of the move. When it came time to close, because of Mo's help, everything felt like more of a formality than a major life event. If you're in the Columbus area and are getting into the home buying process I beg you to at least reach out to Mo so you can hear the same things that gave us comfort and confidence through this process. It will be more than worth your time! Thank you again Mo, aka Mo Money, for helping us with The Biscuit!!!!!

In selling mine old house, I worked with Troy Marsh. He and a partner showed up to my house, did a professional and polite walkthrough, set the tone and expectations for what was to come, what I should do and what I could do. They gave me contact information for recommendations to improve the current conditions should I decide to do so, ideas as to what I could and what I should do to help improve the value of my house in an admitted sellers market, and prepared me for what I was in store for. We went through some wild rides, with the first seller failing to obtain funds (no fault of theirs), and for the next steps beyond which was no easy feat as I was out of the country at the time (Honeymoon in Ireland). Even with obvious issues, they worked with me and helped to obtain a solid offer for my house upon my return to the States. Even with my outrageous demands (:sigh: I never did get that briefcase filled with cash, exchanged at an empty parking lot) they did a helluva job helping me sell my house. Now, for the second of their 5 stars... Sarah Woodyard Miller was on point to perfection in helping us buy the house I am currently writing this from. She patiently took us from potential house to potential house, always happy, helpful and honest (the three "H"s?). Although it took some time to circle in on exactly what we wanted, she never flagged nor failed to stay on point. One day, I received a text from her that a house had just gone on the market exactly where we were looking, in our range, but we had to act. We checked it out, my wife met her there later to verify that we were together in our desire to make it so, and we pushed forward. She gave us excellent advice on how to pursue said house, move forward with our offer and make it stronger. Now, I get to call it home. Thank you, Troy, for helping me move onwards. And thank you, Sarah, for bringing us home. Thank you both for helping my family be just that.

The showing was scheduled for Wednesday, September 2, between 6 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. Shortly before 7 p.m., I received a message from the third-party listing service indicating that the realtor was trying to contact me. I then contacted the phone number provided in the message. When she answered the phone, in an erratic manner, she simply stated that she would call back. She never called back, nor did she show up for the appointment. It seems very clear that when she realized that I was not a realtor, she simply decided not to show up. It seems that this individual has no sense of human respect and decency.

After we reported the issue they immediately contacted the property owner and brought two brand new fans for installation. No hassle, no extra charge, no back and forth arguments. The house was advertised to be noise-proof but I can hear the neighbor's conversations. Not to mention the sounds of their dog walking around the house. It's not the neighbor's fault-- they are just living their lives. But wow, I have lived under at least 5 different housing management teams before and it has never been this bad. Maintenance requests do not get done until couple months later, and even if they come over to fix the said problem, I can't tell that it was properly fixed. I honestly can not WAIT until I can move out of this house. EDIT: Bijan (the landlord) and I had a conversation. We came to the consensus that there was quite a bit of miscommunication on both sides of the party. Bijan definitely cares about the tenants' well-being. Once a distinct & straight-forward maintenance system is placed, I have no problems with this management company.

We contacted Kurt and he immediately took control of the process. He made recommendations on things we could do to better prepare the house for showing, he worked with our schedule to set up open houses, and at all times was responsive to any questions or concerns that we had ( selling a home that we had lived in for 26 years was to say the least stressful). After two open houses we received an offer that we accepted. We addressed the requested remedies that we deemed valid and hesitated on the ones that were not. Out of the blue Kurt received an offer that was $25,000 over the asking price. Kurt then proceeded to successfully represent us for the purchase of the condo in which we presently reside. A few years later the landlord of the property that I ran my business out of informed me that our rent would double or not be renewed at all. After the panic subsided I called Kurt and asked him to give top priority to finding my company a suitable new location. Within 24 hours he found the perfect building. I looked at it that day and immediately signed a purchase agreement. Because it was vacant we closed on it within a few days. Problem solved and we have been there ever since. They charge a 'convenience fee' for using the portal even though there'a no other way to pay. After just one year they've raised our rent with no apparent change in 'services' rendered.
