This business is terrible and they DO NOT care about your bike. They didn't hesitate to charge me $100 an hour for their "service". Wish I could rate them zero stars. It was great because I had never been there, nor ever ridden a Pedago bike, so I was more than willing to have someone ride with me and show me the way to the Centennial Trail and the best sights to see. Very knowledgeable and helpful even though we were just visiting and he knew we would not purchase anything from them. Rates were definitely reasonable to rent and as they were not too busy even gave us some extra time at no charge. If you are on the fence about ebikes definitely give these guys a try.
