What a gem for the edible user. Selection selection…read moreselection. They had every single flavor of Magic Number drinks, they had every brand of gummy I've seen in a store. Every type of chocolate bar, every flavor of Rice Krispoe treat. So impressive... I was given excellent service by Travis and the other gentleman working on something in the store (forgot his name). I'm pretty sure I found a new spot now that my people at Mythos are gone. I can't speak to the flower as that's not my area of expertise. I had a great exerpience and will be back often. It's great to be treated so warmly as a customer.

I also got an 1/8 of Evan's Nepalese Kush and an 1/8 of Echo's Shooter McGavin and 2 Blox gummies all for $76 - used my points for a discount. That's how dispos keep customers coming back. Not by gaslighting them when they bring up the fact that your are the most expensive spot in town and WAY out of the way. Dekum... The owner 86'd me since I did not back down after he gaslit me and responded in such an ugly way. Other dispensaries? I'm not sure which ones he's referring to. This guy keeps putting his foot deeper down his own throat. Bad business! Bad FOR business. Get a clue bro-ski! I could have used "nicer" language in my original review/complaint. I used terms like: Rip Off and Gouge merely out of frustration. Nevertheless, I still felt ripped off and gouged by their adamance about their pricing. Screaming about the cost of doing free delivery in PDX, which I don't use. Sounds like a biz owner at the end of his rope in more ways than one.

Honestly funny to read some of these. It's an "Urgent Care" not a hospital. Limited with what they…read morecan test and/or treat..... duh. Came in for a UTI and didn't wait to long. Didn't know I could reserve a spot online and will do in the future. Two people came in after me who saved a spot so I waited till they got in a room. Rooms were all taken when I got there. Been to both spots in Gresham and here is the deal. They are busy. Was curious and was told they have spots every 15 mins or so.... saw only 3 ppl on the main floor and randomly someone from the back. So those 3 ppl are dealing with everyone with new ppl demanding to be seen now... even though they plan on seeing a person with a spot every 15 mins. Saw a guy yell at one of the girls claiming this was a walk in clinic and should be seen now for something that happened 2 days ago. Obviously his problem was more important than the other ppls who made an appointment. SMH. Dude needed a work note after admitting he called out for fun.... didn't want to wait or come back. Honestly I would have laughed if he wasn't so scary and loud. The phones ring a lot. And when the chicks did answer, they were long phone calls with lots of repeating the same info. Sounds like work note guys relatives must have been calling and asking the same stuff and not listening to the answers lol. Made me laugh to see why the phones ring when the main floor ppl are busy doin work with someone in front of them and checking them in..: and can't answer the phone since it stops everything and takes so long for the answers to get thru. Reading some of these reviews makes me smh at ppl and there expectations. It says urgent care on the sign. Not we treat you like a celeb just bc you came in. They don't have a lab there, I asked bc I wanted to know if I had a UTI for sure and they send the tests out. Someone came in bleeding and they got helped right away once. Ppl were complaining of the wait time but seriously? If u were bleeding, that is urgent dude! Lots of these hilarious reviews are ppl crying that they didn't do anything and not to waste your money cause you'll get sent somewhere else. Use your common sense. Can some small labs or xray alone determine what's up with you? Are you going to cry bc they can't hook you up to a machine and tell you exactly why your not feeling good? Smh.... lazy ppl want easy answers and are unwilling to put in any effort like calling their dr or doing tests that take time. Acting like these chicks have a magic fairy wand that says all and does all. Lol! I waited like 45 mins. But they also had me pee and let me know they didn't forget about me while I was waiting. They were busy. And ppl there were rude as hell. I don't envy them at all. And if I wasn't in so much pain, I would have spoken up to some rude ppl and there god like expectations. Saw 5 rude a** ppl there. And those girls were busy and didn't get rude themselves. Take a look at yourself before you start complaining. If you put it off like I did, you have no one to blame but yourself. I didn't have to wait 5 hours like I would have in the ER. And work note guy had the option to go about his day and come back at a set time to be seen instead of waiting and not being able to leave at the ER. Bless these chicks and give them all a raise. Or some extra ppl lol. Great staff and very friendly under the circumstances.

Told us they only offered it during Covid, contrary to their website. Walked across the street to Walgreens to get it done. Customer service treatment was awful at Legacy. The good: plenty of medical professionals to choose from, the lab is there, and there's on site physical therapy, with a great team. The bad: Wait times, even with their new 15 minutes before appt check in, can still take a while, and there's no reception in the office so you need their wifi. The ugly: Phreesia. If I didn't love seeing Honey and Ashely in the PT office, I would go elsehwere. Their medical scheduling software, portal, reminder system, all that is hands down the most useless thing in existence. Despite having two folks look at it, I get a call, an email, and a text message, one right after the other, to check in for my appointment. Two people have tried twice to get it to only do 1 of those 3, but it won't take. You can't schedule online. If you try, you'll be there for an hour, checking day by day by day for an appointment that doesn't exist, according to the system. If you call in, they'll find you the first available, and often Phreesia will tell you it's not. And that's with your preferred provider. The patient portal is slow and clunky, takes forever to load, won't let you change things, and half the time, if you reply to a message, it doesn't go through. It errors out, then you're supposed to screen shot it, make a NEW message, attach the image, and send it to the person you were simply trying to reply to. That way they can send it to IT and get it fixed. I get it happens to not everyone, but that seems like a lot of work around. And lastly, the check in process online is fairly smooth, it's more bad than ugly, except thaT Phreesia wants to gather information for more streamlined suggestions for healthcare. I.E. They want to collect your info and sell it. If you say yes, the little window goes away for a year. If you say no, it comes up every time you check in. I left a message with IT to see if they can fix it, but I'm not hopeful.

My three‑star rating is based entirely on the front‑office staff and the service they provide. I've been spoken to in a condescending manner during check‑in, and the overall attitude often feels like they're annoyed to be helping patients. You can't make appointments online, and most of my calls to schedule one involved being on hold for 15-45 minutes. The explanation is always that they're understaffed or training new people, but at some point the clinic needs to hire more staff or implement an automated scheduling system. Patients shouldn't have to spend that much time on hold. The check‑in process is also frustrating. You're required to stand at a sign until staff call you forward, even when no one else is waiting. On one visit, I stood there for seven minutes while three staff members behind the glass talked and laughed before acknowledging me. An elderly woman came in after me, struggling to stand even with assistance, and they still made her wait about five minutes with no one else in line. If the level of care from the front desk matched the quality of the doctors, this would easily be a five‑star clinic. I've had a few positive interactions with staff, but it shouldn't be a gamble every time you walk in. I truly like my doctor, but I've seriously considered going elsewhere because of these ongoing issues.

I left messages, but no one ever returned my calls. I went to the clinic in person and attempted to make an appointment. I complained about the absolute lack of any contact by phone. The receptionist said there is only two of us, we cant deal with the phone! I was then told that they wouldnt see me because they recently changed policy and wont accept my insurance provider. So after 15yrs ill be looking for a new Doctor. Worst contact ive ever seen, appathetic staff and now not accepting coverage. Be advised!
