Each visit the staff was friendly and attentive! I nerve waited long for my appointment. With the Drs' skills, I got the results I was looking for with a retainer and only 4 months of treatments! The problem I have had, is, the hours listed on his website, on Yelp, and on the outgoing message that Heidi recorded, seem to be invalid, as I called 3 times during what should have been listed business hours on a Monday, then, left a message, and had no call returned. On Tuesday, I decided to drive there as I don't live far, listed open hours start at 9AM, I was there @ 930AM, office was totally dark and closed. Back in the fall of 2018, I tried to make an appt, left a message, nothing was returned for over a week, come to find out when they did call back, I was told they were closed for vacation with no change of outgoing VM message or a sign on the door. If I do get back in, I need to have a sit down with the doc and ask him to do better, and also I have noticed there's no emergency contact # or routing to a service off hours as well, which is usually desirable since dental emergencies come up for people.

They made me feel that my goal for the "perfect " smile was reasonable and doable. They spent valuable time with me going over treatment options and costs. His staff is just a delight to work with.
