There were two main reasons why I chose Dr. Katsis office: flexible office hours and reasonable price. With my busy school-work schedule and no dental insurance I could not even negotiate on those two. Therefore, Saturday office hours and financial program were my first winners. But I've won so much more than that, friends for life! During my treatment, for over two years, I was always treated with great care and professionalism. Both doctors are funny, personable, results driven, and extremely time oriented. I was always seen on my appointment time and got out quickly. My treatment experience surpassed my expectations. Every visit was a joy to go, always greeted by name and with a smile. All of Dr. Katsis assistants and staff are genuinely nice and will bend over backward to accommodate your busy schedule. They were always understanding and helpful to reschedule my appointments (and, sometimes, payments) and bring me in for an emergency when I broke brackets or had any discomfort with braces. The two offices are about an hour from where I live, but I never regretted the trek. It was so worth it. Overall, John Katsis Orthodontist has continually impressed me with their service and professionalism while dealing with the otherwise painful task of creating beautiful smiles. They are committed to what they do and are enthusiastic about making your time worth it. I would recommend them to anyone in pursuit of a perfect smile.

The problem I have had, is, the hours listed on his website, on Yelp, and on the outgoing message that Heidi recorded, seem to be invalid, as I called 3 times during what should have been listed business hours on a Monday, then, left a message, and had no call returned. On Tuesday, I decided to drive there as I don't live far, listed open hours start at 9AM, I was there @ 930AM, office was totally dark and closed. Back in the fall of 2018, I tried to make an appt, left a message, nothing was returned for over a week, come to find out when they did call back, I was told they were closed for vacation with no change of outgoing VM message or a sign on the door. If I do get back in, I need to have a sit down with the doc and ask him to do better, and also I have noticed there's no emergency contact # or routing to a service off hours as well, which is usually desirable since dental emergencies come up for people.

She explained what she was doing, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and somehow managed to be both gentle and extremely detailed. One of the best cleanings I've ever had. Dr. Amante himself was outstanding. I had three very small fillings in my top and bottom molars, and the entire process was shockingly easy. No shots -- just a gel -- no pain at all, and he was in and out in about 10 minutes. His efficiency and confidence immediately put me at ease, and the work was flawless. What really sets Dr. Amante apart is his level of training and credentials. He is a MAGD (Master of the Academy of General Dentistry), which is a distinction earned by a very small percentage of dentists, and it shows in his precision, conservative approach, and overall care. I asked a friend of mine who is a general dentist who I should see about having my teeth corrected again, after failed tries in the past and he recommended dr Wardell. From the first phone call I was overwhelmed with the amount of professionalism and care that his office staff took with my individual case. They made me feel that my goal for the "perfect " smile was reasonable and doable. They spent valuable time with me going over treatment options and costs. His staff is just a delight to work with. That being said we decided to give Invisalign another chance but he promised that if the Invisalign failed to give me the results I was looking for that he would put on the traditional wire braces and make sure my teeth were perfect before finishing the treatment. The office got me in for my apts for adjustments and even with covid they got me in when a wire was hurting me badly. They did it no questions asked. The bottom teeth were very crooked but even the top just kept getting worse as the years went by. I decided that I would get braces along with my daughter. Right away, I could tell that everybody in the office and the dentist, Dr. Mahdi, was very kind and laid-back. They were able to accommodate our schedules and got us in on Saturday appointments every time. I felt the price was very affordable and we even have top and bottom permanent retainers, which I feel is a must! I got the clear braces and people barely noticed them. What I noticed right away is that my teeth started to shift back into place within just a few short months. I just got my braces off last week and I am thrilled at the results. Here's what brought me to Blooming Braces..... I wasn't looking for a quick fix, I wanted to maintain my dental health and preserve my natural healthy teeth permanently .
