Mike sold our friend's home in 1 day for $10,000 over list price. He sold our home in 1 day, for full price, in the middle of a pandemic. Kathryn did an amazing job helping us stage our home as well. What sets Mike apart, in our opinion, is the way he gives advice. He thinks things through, does his research and gives an answer based on facts, not predictions. As a result, his listings sell immediately while comparable homes sit on the market for days and weeks. We know if Mike tells us something, it's accurate because we've seen his statements proved true over and over again. We highly recommend not picking a Realtor because they're a friend of a friend or someone you went to school with. Pick someone because they know what they are doing and have a proven sales record. We reached out to Team Idaho because we were mortified and management would not take any responsibility for this and instead made excuses and would not acknowledge our concerns. When pressed further they offered to make it right, but then never responded to our request, which was an extension to resign our lease. Instead, they cancelled our lease renewal, kicking us out and never responded to any of our emails regarding this treatment. They took as much of our deposit as possible, massive fees for 'not keeping the utility bill under our name' when it actually was, and when I called the city to verify this and sent them proof they make new reasons for taking your money. I have NEVER been treated this horrible by any company let alone a property management company. All of this treatment was from the supervisor, Merida. I should also mention during this time that my wife was pregnant and they had absolutely no care for our well being, safety, and trust. This company only views tenets as an expendable monthly income, and not as people. I would not recommend them to anyone. Refused to give me a copy of my lease upon renewal unless I paid for it. Any communication with them must be over email, they will deny anything said/agreed upon over the phone. They will also ignore your emails. Somehow they decided that the owner of the property would be the go-to for everything, even though I didn't have a lease signed with them. Having the owner come down and ask me if I am "f***ing retarded" was ridiculous. They also make up the need for paint-repairs when you move out. TAPE EVERYTHING. Take photos of everything. Do whatever you can to rent with another property company. This place is a nightmare. Even the professors in my program tell students to not rent here.
