When we decided to list our house in Walla Walla for sale, we were already living in another state…read moreand were very worried about maintaining the property. Luckily, our real estate agent referred us to K&C Rountree Enterprises. Kyle and Carla kept our house and grounds looking great, both during the showing process and after when we were pending to close. We had family who stayed at the place and they were amazed at the condition of the home ("immaculate"), and commented that our lawn never looked so good! Kyle was always available for any issues that arose, and handled maintenance items for us as well. We dreaded having to come back to reseal our concrete patio. Kyle did it for us - looks fantastic! Our lawn tractor needed to go in for maintenance - he took it in for us. The list goes on and on. He went above and beyond to make sure we didn't have to worry and that was priceless. Their rates are incredibly reasonable. We literally could not have done it without them, and we are so grateful to have had their help during our transition. If you have a home that needs care while you are away, if you have a vacation rental or rental property that needs looking after, or if you just want someone to handle the care and cleaning of your home for you, Kyle and Carla are dependable, honest and really good at their jobs! We wholeheartedly recommend them.
