That's why it's a big deal that we ended up taking our business elsewhere, but as a dedicated Yelper, I'm going to tell you exactly why that had to happen. A few weeks ago my Mom was having terrible tooth pain; To the point where she couldn't even eat or open her mouth. We kinda freaked out and called TLC and explained how bad things were and they said the earliest they could get her in was Monday night. It was Wednesday the week before, so holding out 5 full days didn't seem fair, but we bit the bullet. Saturday morning my Mom woke up and was in so much pain she couldn't even speak properly. We called TLC again hoping that there was SOMETHING they would be able to do, especially considering the fact that we had been their customers for so long, but they basically told my Mom that the only way they could get her an appointment is if she came in the middle of the day, which is NOT an option for my Mom who has her own company. So enough was enough and we called another dentist who despite us not even being a client, got us an appointment for the same HOUR that we called! Now THAT is service! Our entire family (4 members) has officially made the switch to the new dentist who HELPED my Mom as oppose to jerking her around. What good is a dentist if he/she can't help you when you need the help the most? 'Nuff said.
