We were told it would take about 3 month for completion at the most but we understand things happen. Prior to signing contract They told us to visit intermittently, when work is being done just in case corrections are needed, we have brought things to their attention and no corrections have been addressed.. So after code enforcement put citation on our house for their lack of filing proper permits we visited the office and were told In June ,there was only about 2 weeks worth of work was left to be completed. November we are still waiting. And apparently so are many other Memphians that use this company.

I cannot express enough gratitude for him. He truly went above and beyond when my family desperately needed help and guidance. We moved into one of the oldest apartment communities on Mud Island. Although it was advertised as "renovated," that was far from reality. From move-in day, there was one issue after another. The most serious problem was a failing HVAC system that was the original unit installed when the complex was built. It struggled all summer, blowing only warm air, yet management refused to replace it until it completely stopped working. We endured months of unbearable heat, often trying to sleep in bedrooms that reached well over 90 degrees. The conditions took a serious toll on our family. My daughter developed ongoing respiratory problems and was eventually diagnosed with a respiratory illness while living there. My husband even suffered heat exhaustion while trying to help her. We could not afford to break the lease. We also discovered that the air handler closet was damp, the coils and surrounding surfaces were covered with a black, fuzzy substance, and the apartment had a constant musty odor. Later, the aging roof leaked twice, soaking a mattress and leaving stained ceilings. Despite repeated reports, management failed to properly address the issues or offer any meaningful assistance. That is when I called Sam. From our first conversation, Stan immediately eased my fears. He listened patiently, showed genuine concern, and generously shared his knowledge without ever making me feel rushed. His expertise far exceeded my expectations. He explained exactly what products to purchase and why. He recommended a carbon HVAC filter with a MERV 10 or 11 rating, carefully explained how to safely clean affected areas using Concrobium and a cloth rather than spraying, and suggested encasing the mattress afterward to help protect it.
