Bought my son's Specialized bicycle here and their service is top notch! Peter the manager is a great guy! The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking seriously at bicycles for kids or adults. read more

Couldn't find what I needed at my regular mail order store in Oregon. Tried NWB for the first time and got exactly what I needed at a fair price and lightning fast shipping. Thank you, NWB. read more

I had a fantastic experience purchasing an e-bike at Northwest Bicycle! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to help me find the perfect bike for my needs. The selection was impressive, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality bikes and great customer service. read more

Not only did Northwest Bicycle have the best price on a Transition Repeater PT - anywhere, but the service was absolutely top notch. They went the extra distance to see that I didn't pay Washington state sales tax (I live in Oregon) and got the bike in my hands super fast. The staff at their Everett location (Tim's bike Shop) set the tubeless tires up, adjusted the suspension for my weight and walked me through the installation of the SRAM app for the electronic drive train. Again, first class service all the way. I highly recommend Northwest Bicycle for your next new bike purchase. Joe Rocha, Portland, Oregon. read more

We love this little place! They often help us with our electric bikes. They give great advice and the price to service our bikes is very very reasonable. We have tried to teach ourselves how to do most of the maintenance on these electric bikes but when we get stuck, these are definitely the people to call. They also offer awesome accessories for your bike like baskets or lights at decent competitive prices. And if you're in the market for a new electric bike, they have some great recommendations on bikes that won't poop out after a few hundred miles. They even sell some in the shop. This little business has far exceeded our expectations. read more

Fantastic people, more than patient with a newbie gravel rider and willing to teach me a thing or two - absolutely recommend supporting this local business! read more

Spoke with Greg at the black diamond location about getting a wheel trued that was a little off. Even with them being swamped with repairs he took a look at it and saw it wasn't that bad and quickly fixed it on the spot. If the rim was in worse shape I would understand that he might need to keep it longer. I think it was cool that they took a look at it real to see if the work work would take more time before I left. He even took the time to pull two bearings out of an old frame I was working on. I will be back if I ever need something done on my family's bikes. Compared to a couple other shops in the local that are sometimes downright rude, northwest bicycle isn't one of them. This place is legit don't hesitate to take your bike here. read more

Wow! Nice mail order service. I ordered a Maxxis Minion DHF tire from them on line and it was delivered through USPS Priority Mail round, not folded. And the price is half of what other more popular bike shops are asking. Northwest Bicycle has just gained a new loyal customer. Thx! read more

This review is for their online store. They have a comprehensive website full of everything you could possibly need for your biking pleasure. Once the stay at home order is no longer necessary I will of course come visit this shop. For now they offer quick shipping for most of the items they have listed. I ordered some new gel pads for my road bike and they had free shipping available - no need to drive out to Snoqualmie or Maple Valley right now! read more

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Northwest Bicycle. I don't live anywhere near their stores, but I have called them on more than one occasion, when I have been in a pinch and they have always bent over backwards for me to get me what I needed. I will continue do business with Northwest Bicycle and send my friends there, because their customer service is top notch. Super nice and very helpful. read more

I would not purchase from this company again, as I never received my order and have not received a refund. Northwest Bicycle has ignored multiple requests for order status updates and a refund request. I placed an order online in December. The item was mailed out but was not delivered as I realized in early January when I hadn't received it yet, that I had input the incorrect mailing address. I contacted Northwest Bicycle and they (Kevin) requested the correct address which I provided. I let them know the order had been delivered back to their Maple Valley store (which I had confirmation of). They then never communicated regarding when the order would be shipped out again and to this day I do not have my order (yet they still have my money). I've attempted to follow-up multiple times through e-mail and voicemails but Northwest Bicycle does not respond. So they still have my order and have refused to mail it out, and have not issued me a refund for the product I've never received. read more

Every time I have brought a bike in to Northwest Bicycle everything has been done on time (or early) and perfectly. So friendly and helpful.

Jackson has been amazing over the last year or so in guiding me through a gravel bike build in a challenging supply chain cluster. I learned so much from him and I can now assemble a bike from scratch and fix and adjust pretty much anything. I appreciate how he pretended not to show distain for my dumb questions. (Now which direction does this thing go again?) I now have my beastmode bike and Jackson has a big fan. Thanks for always having straight answers. read more

Northwest Bicycle is one of those amazing businesses that takes customer service seriously. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size tire liner and didn't realize it until the shipment arrived. (which was very fast). Kevin contacted me after hours to make sure I received the proper size. They had the correct size sent immediately and the transaction went very smoothly. Kudos to Kevin and his business ethics. read more

Really really impressed with the online catalog. Stumbled across Northwest Bicycle when I was needing a part for my hub. Not only did they have better prices, but shipping was incredibly fast. Highly recommend. If I'm ever out in the area I'll be sure to stop in to meet the staff. I'll be purchasing from Northwest Bicycle again. Keep up the awesome work! read more

10% restocking fee and paying return shipping is just a money grab. Never doing any business with this store again.

I have been having an extremely difficult time getting any amount of customer service (refund or exchange) with regards to an online order that was received and returned. Various attempts at communication have failed to be responded to. Extremely frustrating customer service with my online experience. read more

A big thanks to Kevin at Northwest Bicycle for helping to get me rolling despite the websites inaccurate inventory. I ordered a product that turned out to not be in stock. Unfortunately I had to reach out to them to figure this out instead of them contacting me. But once I reached out Kevin fast tracked getting me an upgraded option at no additional charge to get me rolling! I think my initial experience was a fluke and Kevin went above and beyond to make it right! Thanks again NW Bike, you've made a lifetime customer! read more

Kevin is very knowledgeable and really wants to get you the bike that is right for you. I get very discouraged when I go to a bike shop and I know more about the brand they are selling than the people there. It appears to be a high end boutique shop at first glance but they do have options the average person can afford. I appreciate a shop that isn't large but still has a large variety of merchandise and bikes. read more

I needed to buy a set of rollers online and decided to go with Northwest Bicycle because of their commitment to customer service -- and am I glad I did because the rollers I received seemed to have shipped from the manufacturer without the six bolts and washers needed to put them together! I contacted Northwest Bicycle's online customer service, and received an email back from Kevin within a day. He tracked down the bolts and washers needed, and had them sent directly to me from the manufacturer. I received them today, and now I can build my rollers! I can only imagine how this would have gone if I had ordered the rollers through Amazon or other online sites... read more

I couldn't be more pleased with Kevin and Northwest bicycles. He has performed multiple repairs for me to my complete satisfaction. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and not a pushy salesperson. I recently bought a bike from him that is awesome and credit him with my decision. read more

Bogus return policy. If you toss any tags and or oginal packaging youre screwed. If you remove any new tape to prep for install, youre screwed , you pay for your own shipping and not to mention the generic canned responses when reaching out. Jackson & the whole staff were SUPER HELPFUL & got me in quickly for a worn cassette change - even noticed a cable that needed replaced too. Well my review wasn't so good at first because of a communication problem. Everything worked out and all is well. Thanks again...

Kevin and his team are wonderful He has done numerous last minute fixes for us on the bikes when needing to leave town or just in general. Also willing to teach the kids about their bikes and better their knowledge about bikes. Thank you and we happy to have you in the neighborhood. read more

If you are looking for a honest, informed, and fair shop, this is it. Those that work here are local riders that play hard and know their products and local trails that demand them. They have great brands designed for our area and Kevyn the owner will order anything you need and have it in a few days. Shop local and support home town community shops. They also support local Mt Bike teams, local youth, and keep regular shop rides so you can build strong relationships with their employees that are fun and ride at all ability levels striving for a sense of community around cycling. I send friends from far and wide and they have all purchased here. Great shop, good people! read more
