One thing I want to point out. I have multiple deposits monthly in tge range of $500-$5000. 90% of them clear in 2 days and out of the blue one will take 3-4 days. The amount does not determine this. Its just someone being lazy and not pressing the button. This makes it difficult when you have transactions schedules to come out and you never know when they are going to deposit the money. Do like the bank and will stay with them. Just keep in mind they ate not consistent with the deposit process.

Key is headquartered in Cleveland....once I found that out it all made sense. What an awful experience at such a critical time. My business NEEDS ALL THE HELP IT CAN GET!! I pulled up to the drive thru ATM with my mother, and inserted her bank card into the slot. The…read moremachine proceeded to eat her card, and we couldn't remove it from the slot inside the ATM, so I went inside for some assistance. All three bank tellers were available as I was the only customer inside, yet none of them were willing to help, and told us to go elsewhere to get another card and that her current card that was stuck in the machine would be returned "eventually." Awful customer service, and I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Most tellers are nice, but they are not all trained the same. Some tellers let you do certain…read morethings and others don't. It's hit or miss what kind of service you'll receive. I use Chrome for my personal checking and auto loans. They are typically great to work with. This location does have a drive thru with two lanes which is nice but no outdoor ATM. I prefer to do most of my banking online, app is great.
