This bank completely screwed me on my PPP application. They failed to even submit it and now the branch manager LITERALLY said, 'ya, I don't know what happened' and there is no one at Key who taking calls or responsibility. Key is headquartered in Cleveland....once I found that out it all made sense. What an awful experience at such a critical time. My business NEEDS ALL THE HELP IT CAN GET!! Any these guys just straight up failed and are like, 'ya, don't know what to say?'...I'm saying BY!!! MF'er SSTAY AWAY FROM KEY!!! They've consistently been a bad bank to deal with since taking over first Niagara. Switching to a smaller regional bank. read more

I pulled up to the drive thru ATM with my mother, and inserted her bank card into the slot. The machine proceeded to eat her card, and we couldn't remove it from the slot inside the ATM, so I went inside for some assistance. All three bank tellers were available as I was the only customer inside, yet none of them were willing to help, and told us to go elsewhere to get another card and that her current card that was stuck in the machine would be returned "eventually." Awful customer service, and I highly recommend going elsewhere. read more

I tried to use my credit card, it was declined. Why is the main drain got clogged in the house ( there is 3 apts. ) . All the sewer came out of my toilet. The landlord got it cleaned up and the drain open. Did not get to sleep or take a shower. So I took some clothes went to motel to some rest and take a nice shower. I had credit to use. I am going to find a other bank to deal with. The other time was I took mom out for her birthday , before I leave to go home. read more

One thing I want to point out. I have multiple deposits monthly in tge range of $500-$5000. 90% of them clear in 2 days and out of the blue one will take 3-4 days. The amount does not determine this. Its just someone being lazy and not pressing the button. This makes it difficult when you have transactions schedules to come out and you never know when they are going to deposit the money. Do like the bank and will stay with them. Just keep in mind they ate not consistent with the deposit process.

Most tellers are nice, but they are not all trained the same. Some tellers let you do certain…read morethings and others don't. It's hit or miss what kind of service you'll receive. I use Chrome for my personal checking and auto loans. They are typically great to work with. This location does have a drive thru with two lanes which is nice but no outdoor ATM. I prefer to do most of my banking online, app is great.

I'm not familiar with this area so I did a quick Yelp search and found the nearest bank. I made sure that I opted for drive thru service when I looked it up. However, this location did not have a drive thru ATM. Drive thru, yes, drive thru ATM, no. In order to use the ATM at this location you have to park your car and get out to walk to the ATM. It wouldn't be that bad if there were parking spots right in front of the building, but guess what, it's like a plaza, so you park away from the building. At night, it's not the best feeling walking to the ATM. Especially since nothing else in the plaza is open, it is completely blatant what you are about to do. It serves the purpose, but maybe not the best location to stop to do some late night banking like I always do.

Many of the banks I do business with are unremarkable at best. Some - downright inferior. This branch and its people have always been at the top of my list. The contrast between Huntington overall, compared to other bank brands has been considerable. They have offered fairly complex advice (trusts, estates, investments, etc.) without any typical corporate expectations. A rare thing in today's business climate. And the people are what make it uniquely exceptional. Professional? Yes. But personable and patient with a host of financial requirements.
