We had a really great experience here yesterday. Brought my 7.5 month old son here to be checked for a couple allergies. We saw Dr. Nguyen. He was professional and knowledgeable. The technician who did my son's test was kind and caring. One thing (cows milk) his body just can't digest yet so we were coached on when to try again. The other - peanut - he is allergic to and we were also informed of their OIT program which we will move forward with and will be going to their Redmond location for. I called to reschedule an appointment for 4/21 at 2 p.m. I could not believe how rude the receptionist was. What happened to basic human decency? I asked to be transferred to someone else as I did not see that conversation going anywhere. The gentleman was friendly and helped answer a couple of questions. staff from Billing is not professional, keeps cutting me off and not letting me finish with my questions and concern and got upset when I mentioned that I did not see some of the staff that attended my child wash their hands nor sanitized their hands so why charge for extra $30 cleaning fee if they can't even wash their hands. He said using hand sanitizer is enough and the $30 fee is really for cleaning the room and keeping their patients safe. The counters are not clean at all. Bed doesn't even have paper /sheet covers. Anyways, he said that the cleaning fee was wave bec. my insurance doesn't cover it. The invoice is not transparent at all not like other places I've been. He claimed they got complaints bec. there's so many columns in their invoice. I will pay my dues I just have to get an honest and professional service. Justify to your client why do they need get extra charge not intimidate them when they ask decent questions. Hard to book an appointment too. I will not come back to this place. read more

My son has asthma and allergies. He's been hospitalized twice in respiratory failure from asthma. Children's hospital recommended Northwest Asthma and Allergy and I can see why! They are awesome! We have a game plan to treating my son's asthma's day allergies. We've been patients here for about two years now, I've always been impressed with their service, so why am I writing a review now? Let me tell you! I called the Everett location with some questions about COVID. My son is high risk and I want to make sure he stays safe. Roxana answered my questions then went a step above and beyond and emailed me the law about FMLA and COVID. WOW!! Thank you Roxana, you clearly care about your patients and their families! We have been going to another location for a long time but we moved and switched to this office and Dr Winteroff. The front gal has a thick accent and can be hard to understand at times. If I went to sit she needed me to sign something. if I stood there she told me to sit down. On one visit we needed to schedule a return appointment and she had a wait to check in. 4 people ended up in line before she ever got back to us. But don't let her efficiency stop you. Nurses here are nice, but the Dr is worth the visit. Gave us plenty of time to ask questions about results and they were good about getting prescription called in before our first visit with her. They do offer shots here, but we haven't had to use that service. We have never waited long for our appointments and calls with results are quick plus they mail you a paper version. highly recommend this office and Dr Winteroth read more

I've been coming for 3 years now for allergy shots and everyone is very professional. I have observed them serving patients with unique and challenging health issues under the threat of COVID and they handle it like the pros they are. I have spent many hours in the waiting room and can say that the front desk staff, in particular, Roxy, have been great. I've had issues with my referrals and insurance a few times and Roxy has been a huge help even when I unfairly projected my frustration on them. I have to drive an hour and a half to get here and the Everett staff make it worth it! Thanks!!! read more

I'm really sad to write this review as I've been a 10 year plus customer of Northwest Asthma and Allergy, but this place has really gone down hill in the last year. Calling to schedule an appointment has you waiting on hold for 30 minutes plus. Oftentimes if you call to schedule around 4:30pm, they won't answer despite being open until 5pm. Messages to schedule often are not returned for several days and it is obvious they don't value your time or service. After scheduling an appointment THREE DIFFERENT times in the last twelve months for an allergy shot and doctor visit to approve continued doses of my shot, I show up 15 minutes early for my appointment and they look at me like I'm crazy and tell me that I don't have an appointment. They then want me to come back another day, which is so incompetent and disrespectful of my time when I use sick time at work and completely rework child care and school drop off for these once-a-month appointments. Having reception argue, make excuses ("We only have half our normal staff"), and continually cost me time and multiple return visits is ridiculous. I'd recommend finding a more competent provider that can pick up the phone, properly work the software to schedule an appointment, honor appointments once made, and treat their customers and their time with respect. I will give credit to their medical staff that give the shots as they are always kind and do their job well. read more

Very disappointed with Dr. Seghezzo. She failed to help me identify my allergy. She said to just avoid whatever it is I THINK causes my allergy. That was her Dr advice. I was about to leave in the middle of my appt but she suggested I still do the basic allergy test. I was lead to believe it was apart of my new patient visit. I figured I might as well. I later learned from my bill in the mail that the new patient exam did not include any of the basic allergy testing. I will never go back, nor will I recommend to friends and family. I have to find a new Dr to help me with my allergy. The walls were also thin enough that I could hear her talk to the nurse outside the room and she said I just needed to avoid the things which cause my allergy. I understand that, but I want to know what specific ingredient causes my allergic reaction. Waste of time any money. When you complete the pre appt form online identifying your needs you should get referred elsewhere if they cannot help you. read more

When I moved to Seattle, my allergies flared like crazy. I developed a lovely hacking cough the month before my wedding (sexy!) and felt like hell. Was it dust? Was it trees? Was it mold? The exciting mysteries could be contained no more. I found my way to Northwest Asthma & Allergy and have since had my allergies and lungs tests and, under their care, I felt amazing by the time the wedding rolled around, just weeks later! To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised by how long the doctor spent with me in office on my last visit, asking questions, taking time to not just record but understand my history, and exploring options for my care. I don't expect that on every visit, but it was a great welcome to the practice! I also appreciate that this practice has a number of offices, which makes it extremely convenient. I have been to more than one of their locations now. Both offices had an efficient check-in process and friendly staff. While every practice has different doctors, they seem to be unified in their interest in treating the patient like a person and listening instead of just typing a few words and leaving the room. And they're great about reminder calls and follow-up. For a city where allergies run rampant, I'm grateful to have found great allergy doctors so quickly. Spring, I ain't scared of you! read more

Seriously so thankful to Roxana and Dr. Winterroth for going above and beyond for me and my daughter! We recently relocated to east coast and I could not get an early pediatrician apt in NJ for the necessary paper work for my daughter's school. No one was willing to work with me and I was in need of childcare since I'm working from home b/c of the pandemic. I literally had 2 days before the school deadline and they thought outside the box and got us a telemed visit! So glad to see that we still have people like them that are willing to go the extra step. I would totally recommend this place and esp to parents with small kids! read more

After giving up hope of ever reaching anyone at the Seattle office, I finally got through to Roxanna at the Everett office. She was incredibly kind and helped me get a hold of a nurse so I could get my medication issue resolved. The nurse at this location called me back right away. Dr. Naimi goes above and beyond in helping to educate you, as he empowers you with knowledge through explanations of what could be going on with your specific situation. Great listener and you can tell he cares. He somehow manages to be super approachable and makes you feel comfortable, yet you can tell right off the bat he is very smart and at the top of his craft. He is so thoughtful to schedule a phone apt. to go over lab results instead of making me come in. Seriously awesome! read more

My appointment today was set for 2:30pm, check-in at 2:15pm required....I didn't get called in by an MA until 3:18pm. I got off work early for this appointment. My work shift was over at 3:30pm, It was such a waste of money for me. I sat there and waited while instead I could have been working. It's unprofessional, they didn't even bother to check in with me. I have never waited longer than ten minutes for an appointment. But the Man that put my allergens test was sooooo chill and funny. If this was a review on just that individual it would have been 5 stars. But I'm going to give this place a 1 star. 1 star because of the public wifi in the center. Both of my sons have been treated for years by Dr. Naimi at NW Asthma & Allergy Center (Silver Lake location) and he is AMAZING!!! I can't believe how thorough he is and the kids love him. My sons are dealing with exertional asthma, dust mite, seasonal and pet allergies. Dr. Naimi spends a lot of time and is very good with kids. He was referred to us by someone we trusted and we have recommended him to a lot of our friends. Everyone is so happy with Dr. Naimi and I wouldn't go anywhere else. We have always had great experiences coming here. Very informative and helpful, works well with our 5 year old daughter who has a peanut allergy and I can tell that they make the effort to help her feel comfortable coming to the office. They were helpful and quick in getting us all the paperwork we needed filled out and signed for going to school and being prepared. The only reason why I gave them four stars is because it seems to be a little difficult getting in touch with them. Most times I get the voicemail a couple times before getting through to someone, and that can be a bit frustrating when you want to get through. But other than that, we really trust and like coming here. read more
