We relocated to the Raleigh area about a year ago, moved into a rental house, and I didn't want to park one of my cars on the street (we have 3 cars including my wife's). I found out that Fuquay Storage will store cars, and rented on a month to month basis. They were great to work with, included assisting with my vehicle swapping. Just real good, nice folks. We recently bought a new house and decided it was time to keep all 3 cars at our house. They were great to work with up to the last day. Highly recommend.

We live in Chapel Hill and needed a storage unit for a major renovation. We didn't know the number…read moreof months we needed. In the end, we had two storage units for 11 months. Without asking, they gave me a discount on the second unit and never a moment of hassle when I gave them less than two week's notice on moving out. Access is via a gate with a personal code and open during times convenient to us. With the unit being 8 minutes from Chapel Hill it is safe to say we lived out of those units for those 11 months. Convenient space with lovely people running it. Highly recommend!!

Chatharidge Self Storage is nothing fancy, but it's the cheapest storage near downtown Chapel Hill…read more It's family owned and the woman who rents out the units is incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything looks very secure, the storage units are gated and you need a special password to get in. I've had stuff stored here for about a year and it's just how I left it. I would definitely recommend this as a storage facility, the only negative is that it's not the closest to the college campus, but if you have a car or a truck it's not a big deal at all.
