I've had more horrifying experiences than pleasant ones at the dentist, which include some pretty suspect procedures involving root canals and my wisdom teeth. So horrible, in fact, that I suspect that the previous dentists I've had probably have their licenses revoked by now, if they're not already in prison for incompetence and cruelty. Dr. Gorman and his staff have always been very understanding and have catered to my mistrust from bad experiences, and he's extremely knowledgable when it comes to recommendations on what you actually need. These guys will genuinely do what's best for you and your health, and that type of focus on the patient is hard to come by. Also a big plus for giving me personalized advice on preventative care. I'm finally on a daily floss/brush/mouthwash regimen that actually works for me and keeps my mouth clean and healthy. One more big plus because he's a big baseball guy, allowing me to have a friendly heated debate about something that isn't just about my teeth.

The scheduling manager was extremely condescending to me when I arrived, claiming she had tried to get ahold of me the previous day and had left a voicemail. My phone had no voicemail and she showed no empathy towards my frustration that I was just finding out they could not see me because it would interfere with other appointments. I will certainly not be returning and highly recommend to others they find dental care elsewhere.

The process took about 1 1/2 years + to complete. Like I said, this began in 2011. As I write my review, it is now 2026. I recently had a dental appointment where the dentist told me my implants are great! I couldn't have been more pleased with both the doctor and the staff, and grateful that I went to the right periodontist. I expect a lot more years with them, and who knows maybe never will I need anything done or changed with them. We have never been treated so horribly in our lives. Despite the fact that one of our children's was reimbursed, the one who needed more expensive dental work (that is covered by our insurance), they said they've tried lots of times and our insurance hangs up on them and they refuse to pay us the money that we are owed. They are rude, condescending, and acted like it was our fault that one of our children needed dental work when we floss and brush twice a day and eat a healthy low sugar and no gluten diet. I do not recommend this clinic to my worst enemy. Do NOT pay for anything and submit the claim later with this group, or just do not go to them!!

The staff explained everything thoroughly and made sure you understood everything! I went in today for x-rays and to get a chipped tooth fixed which came out great! They also were very flexible in their scheduling! I'll bring my family here from now on....
