I wear a suit everyday for work, so there is a lot of wear and tear and I had several buttons missing. I just noticed this morning at work that all of the buttons missing have been replaced, and the ones that were loose were now on as they should be. Very rude clerk who doesn't say anything - I had to ask her if she wanted my name or phone number…read moreand when I entered the store I got the "I can't believe you're disturbing me" look. I took two pairs of pants to be cleaned and when I picked them up - two days later because the only thing the clerk did say to me was "you're not getting them in one hour" - one pair of pants looked like it had been stained all along the waistband. I took them back and got the same, grumpy clerk who told me she would have to talk to the cleaner and she's not in for two days. No apology, in fact she looked at me like "what's wrong". I (once again) had to ask if she wanted my name or number and she begrudgingly wrote it down. I came back two days later and got a very cheerful clerk who got the pants for me. When I asked what was wrong she had to get Ms. Grumpy to come and tell me that the dye in the pants seeped through and acted like no big deal...Would they not have seen that before and fixed them before giving them to me? Not impressed and never going back.

Thoroughly disgusting. I feel bad for the folks who have to use this laundromat. We were just traveling through and couldn't wait to vacate it. The other two laundromats in town weren't any better.
