Prior to boxing I inspected the dress only to see they had destroyed it and it can never be worn again.The silk was discoloured and had shrunk and now felt like sandpaper. The boning is jutting out and parts were ripped. The dress is ruined and NorthTown refuses to refund my prepaid fee or offer any restitution buy an instore credit. Why would I bring anything back to NorthTown. They don't deserve a single star.
