The seats and backs were in terrible condition. I found some fabric that I loved, and took it and the chairs in for work. Not only were they finished much faster than I expected, but the work he did was exceptional! They have a tufted back, and double cording/edging, so not a piece of cake to do. When I got the pieces home I noticed that the seat cushions quickly lost their shape. The foam was really low quality. Very disappointing as I had paid $50 for the foam for each seat cushion. Two or more pieces of foam was glued together for each cushion which I found odd. I called the owner and ask him to come and look at the furniture. He refused and told me I would never be satisfied. I recently had the furniture reupholstered and I the pieces are no longer puckered. So this was not a result of my furniture it was simply poor workmanship
