Went in for a sinus infection and I had no tests done (no strep test, no Covid test, etc). I was with the doctor for 5-10 minutes total, he looked at my ears and in my throat and I was billed $180 by Northpointe (after insurance), which I thought was going to be the total bill. Then two months later I received an additional $900 bill, which they stated was for seeing the doctor himself. They do not bill as a normal walk in clinic. Northpointe bills you a facility charge on top of the doctor billing you for their service. I would not recommend going here. read more

Just an update that we just received our THIRD bill from them. Absolutely unbelievable.

I was billed a $350 ER visit when it used to be $35 walk-in clinic for just a swab for flu/RSV/Covid. THIS IS NOT AN ER and we were not informed that their billing practices changed like this. Read their Google reviews; many people are having this problem. read more

The worst behavior ever! Let's start with the receptionist she was super sweet but didn't know what she was doing HOWEVER when you call the person that picks up is nasty rude and has no patience. The other reviews weren't wrong (2/5). Receptionist has personality of the goblins from Harry Potter: rude, abrupt, generally uncaring. Took 30 minutes to be acknowledged past writing my name on a sheet of paper with a singular person in front of me who already was being helped. Back house staff was great though. Quick and friendly. Waiting on doctor was typical hurry up and wait setting. No complaints once care recieved. read more

THE FRONT DESK LADY IS AWFUL. I sat there for AN HOUR, telling her my insurance information. I was there for my daughter who had thrush. My insurance doesn't give us cards so I had to show her photos on my phone. She couldn't even read it & was squinting trying to read the numbers with glasses on. She entered my insurance wrong, didn't care that she had things incorrectly. I told her they were incorrect, & she didn't change it. I sat there for an HOUR. And I asked "Will my insurance go through?" And she said, "I don't know, maybe. Bring insurance CARDS next time." She has no sense of urgency, can't read with glasses on, & doesn't care about your insurance. Now I have to call my insurance to ask them to take care of my bill all because she was lazy, & didn't care. I love north-point, but absolutely hate going there because of her. read more

Rude front desk lady. Made tons of errors getting us registered. Had no sense of urgency whatsoever. I even asked "Is this the right spot for urgent care" Once called back daughters were swabbed for strep throat. The nurse was awful with kids. I asked "do you guys see kids here" She left the swab in my daughters throat. She was choking on it. While running a 103.6 fever. She was even worse with swabbing her nose for influenza. Urine sample was next, the bathroom we were directed to use had fecal smeared all on the toilet seat and sides. Asked for a new bathroom was asked why? Once informed they replied " no one uses that bathroom" Well someone did! Disgusting!! I wouldn't return. Upon leaving the line was to the door. A man in line was yelling and so upset with the lady working the desk. She should not be working this position. The nurses even told us she was a problem. Makes a lot of errors and that's why the lab is so behind. Oh! Saturday and Sunday's the urgent care is used for labs. Walk in lab work. Terrible idea!!! read more

I am so very pleased I found Northpointe immediate care. In fact, I am so pleased that I plan on establishing with the doctors and staff there. Everyone was very compassionate and understanding when I was having a very difficult time. read more

Welp... I am pretty fucking pissed off. I work with people on a daily and make sure everyone has everything they need to ensure a happy customer but I can tell that they don't care about me and I'm sure they don't care about you either. I checked in about 10 am. Went to the back about 8 minutes later. Nurse came in, then doctor came in. I told them what's going on and they prescribed 2 medications for me one for a headache and the other for nausea. They send me on my way. I get to my pharmacy where they inform me that only 1 prescription is in. NO BIG DEAL. I can wait for the other one. But that's not what happened. Y'all NEVER called my headache medication in. So now it's almost 5pm and I have been waiting like a dumbass with the WORST FUCKING HEADACHE -for a prescription that was never even sent. I called the pharmacy they said it was not called in. Then I called north pointe. I talked to the nurse who said "it should've been sent with the other prescription." Yeah no kidding......... The nurse said she will check it out and give me a call back. Since it's been 45 minutes since I called the nurse with no response I decided to call NorthPointe one more time to see what's going since they clearly weren't going to update me or call me back and she told me my medication was finally sent in. I am really disappointed with they way I have been treated. I most likely won't be returning. read more

Took my two year old son here this morning because he has been sick. We got there at open and had four people in front of us at the time. Checked in to a very rude desk attendant. We then sat and waited for over an hour and a half with only two people making it back at this point. At this point my son is getting crabby and cranky, I go to ask how much longer of a wait we have . The desk attendant was on a PERSONAL PHONE CALL and gave me the wait finger when I approached. She then proceeded to tel Me we would be waiting for at-least another hour. That would be two and a half hours to see four people. The never gave any indicAtion they were slow or it was going to be a long wait . They just make you wait and are very rude when you bother them. We will never return to this immediate care or so called health and wellness center. read more
