10/10!!! The hospital I go to only did the bare minimum ultrasounds and did not have 3d/4d technology. I looked for a place that offered 4d ultrasounds, was nearby and had great reviews and just had to check out this place. Setting up an appointment was super easy. I was able to submit a request online and didn't have to talk to anyone on the phone. I came here both times during my pregnancy and it was very easy to reschedule one of my appointments via text. I was able to visit around 14 weeks and 26 weeks. I learned so much more about my pregnancy, my baby's growth and anatomy than a typical doctor's appointment. What was nice was that I was able to invite my mom (who was visiting from out of town) to one of my appointments. The tears in her eyes was worth it alone :D. I already knew the gender coming in to my 14 week appointment and the technician was able to verify it again. I love the services offered here. They give you the opportunity to send livestream links to those who want to be part of your pregnancy from afar AND you can download your video clip as well. During the low periods, rewatching the ultrasound videos have been really special. For my 26 appointment, it was a bigger package, so I was also able to get a plush doll with my baby's heartbeat recorded. I can't wait to share it with my baby when she comes. I highly recommend trying this place out if you are pregnant. You can bring up to 4 people in the room to experience with you in person or always share the video or the crazy amount of photos afterwards. Thank you! read more

Our experience here was beyond phenomenal. I am so happy we decided to do a 4D ultrasound with this company. The technician was amazing, such a sweet woman! She was honest from the start about the whole process which was very nice. She did a great job and really knew how to position you to get the best views of your baby. The packages they offer are great as well and totally worth every penny. We even got a stuffed animal with our baby's heartbeat included! A 12/10 experience here. Yolanda cares so much about her clients! She gives the best service and value! She pays attention to detail! We have three kids and been coming back every time for each kid buying the all inclusive package which is the best deal. She always gets the gender of our baby correct and does a great video recording of our baby. My favorite from that package is the recording of our baby's heartbeat that we can add into an adorable stuffed animal. We use it for our baby to listen back to when we need to calm baby down. The best printed images we usually give to the grandparents as these are great poses of our baby. We show off our baby's face on social media using the digital images we get with the package. I will come back again to find out the gender of our next baby! read more

I absolutely loved the quality of images I got from 4D imaging! I've been going to another place since I was 12 weeks and most recently when I was 28 weeks, I returned and was extremely disappointed with the images I received from this other ultrasound venue. When I came to 4D imaging, they were able to get me great photos of my baby girl even with my anterior placenta at 32 weeks. It was the first time I was able to see certain facial features so clearly throughout my pregnancy I wish I had come here sooner! This was the best experience we could have asked for. The staff was patient and knowledgeable, but also very supportive when trying getting a picture of our little one. It's a workout tho! This was the second place I went to after having a disappointing experience at another ultrasound place. I really wanted to find a place that had updated equipment for HD images of our baby. After reading up on the reviews and seeing what the pictures looked like from this place, I decided to book an appointment. I really like how after you book with them, they text you helpful tips to make sure your pictures come out as clear as possible. For example, drinking a lot of water atleast 5 days before your appointment, not eating 2 hours before your appointment, bringing a sugary drink with ice to your , etc. Our experience overall was great! The quality of the ultrasound was high definition and really amazed my in-laws and my dad who came with us. At one point the baby's cord was in her face so I was asked to do a few movements by the table and move around which helped a bit. We purchased the 30 min package which included a usb of all the pictures, a dvd of the video footage that was recorded during the appointment, a few printed photos in an envelope, and a heartbeat stuffed animal. I'd definitely recommend this place to any pregnant mom out there and I'm thinking about coming back! UPDATE: So nice, we had to do it twice!! So we were asked to come back and had the most amazing 2nd time experience. We actually got better pictures this time around than the first time. Baby was being more cooperative lol. I love how Yolanda shows that she really wants to get a good picture of the baby. If needed, she'll have you move around, jog in place, cough, etc. but it's all worth it when you get a straight on shot of your baby's face. Thank you again for such an incredible experience!! They saved my gender reveal party! I originally had an appointment with first peek in oak park, they confirmed through text with me a day before but when I got there they said they had canceled my appointment and scheduled someone else. I was so upset because my gender reveal party was that day at four. they were so rude and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. My sister in law called 4d imaging and they took me right in! I was so happy and I had the best experience! I loved the way we were treated here and the technician was super friendly and knowledgeable. She was so fast too! Being me as a very picky person and at my first pregnancy, I did a lot of research where is the "best" place to go to get my ultrasound. I have checked and compare so many different places and finally picked this place even we live an hour away. Boy, I am so glad I did! Me and my husband was so pleased from the beginning service to end. Yolanda was perfect! She was kind, patient, and really made us comfortable and took the time to take good pictures of my son. We feel so welcomed and so worth every penny we paid! We took the long session and the little plush stuff toy with my baby's heartbeat was super adorable and me and my husband get to listen to it whenever we want. Had such a great experience here! I would recommend to any new momma and family wanting to find out the gender early. We got to find out we were having a boy at only 15 weeks! Yolanda was so nice and easy to work with. Our baby didn't want to turn around at first but she was so patient and nice. Plus she got some really amazing images of our son! Scheduled an early gender ultrasound scan at 14w5. The ultrasound tech was pleasant and was able to tell us the gender after a feisty baby boy did not want to reveal. It was a great moment to find out so early and we got such a great DVD of the entire ultrasound. I had only had medical ultrasounds in the past and this was my first experience in this setting. Yolanda really made it a special time for me. She was so excited to show me my baby and capture just the right pictures and video to send to my family. She was so sweet with my toddler son that came along and included him in the process. She was flexible with her scheduling and made me feel really cared for and pampered. My husband and I had an amazing experience here! We also brought my parents in to the appointment and they were so pleased. I had my appt. done at 32 weeks and was lucky to get some great pictures, they do recommend going a little sooner to ensure the best opportunity for pictures- baby was already head down and my placenta was a little bit in the way this far along. I was very pleased with the services I received here=) After they incorrectly identified the gender of my soon to be son I contacted them hoping to get new images saying It's a boy, rather than the it's a girl ones I'd received. At 19 weeks I knew that this error was probably not their fault, but just wanted some mementos correctly identifying my child. They went above and beyond to redo and clarify the gender (& were extremely apologetic), and even offered me another session when I was further along to get more images and a dvd.
