The driver failed to place a transfer/lift sheet on the stretcher and therefore was unable to safely transfer her from the stretcher to the facility bed. My Grandmother was in tears, stating she was pulled on and pinched in all different places. The driver also was not friendly and didn't explain anything to us as family or to my Grandmother. I am very angry and disgusted that anyone could ever treat a human the way the driver treated my Grandmother today. The ride was also very rough. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.
