All the dogs run around outside in his large large fenced in yard in a pack. There are pools for them to play in, sprinklers, a tunnel, dirt to dig in and other doggie fun things! He doesn't use kennels - they sleep in the house! When you first gt there, he does a meet and greet to get a read on your dog...and get them used to the other dogs. We have one perky funny puppy, and the other gets a bit overwhelmed with people and lotos of other dogs. No problems all week! He knows how to work with them to make them comfortable. I am so happy we found Noah's Bark, an adorable doggy daycare with indoor and outdoor space! The outdoor space was all snowy and full of igloos and doggy playground equipment, and the indoor space had a "Canine Lounge" with couches and dog beds for down time. The dogs could access both areas throughout the day. It was mostly big dogs the day we went, however the owner, John, said that he has some small dogs that come for daycare too. John is a happy-go-lucky guy whose 4 dogs accompany him to work. We felt very comfortable leaving our lab at Noah's Bark for a day of play!

She was extremely professional and prepared- she came to my home masked (COVID-19) for the interview/initial set-up and was amazing! We went over pet health, where pet supplies were, what my kitty's habits/likes/dislikes are, if there were any household things like mail or plant watering that needed to be taken care of, contacts in case of emergency, etc. It took a few visits for my kitty to come out to visit with her, but she was very understanding and patient! (Maisie Cat had a very hard life before me.) Now when Elizabeth visits she meets her at the top of the stairs, purring! Elizabeth usually sends me a quick text saying everything is fine on the days she visits and when I arrive home there is a detailed sheet with all kinds of updates. There were a few days when my schedule changed last minute and I texted Elizabeth, asking if she could switch visit dates. She worked with me when she could and was very flexible!

I had 2 separate terrible boarding experiences here with my dog…read more the first time it was from Friday to Sunday. they returned my dog to me Sunday evening with all of his food and treats. they apologized and they seemed upset and they tried to make amends. I think the faculty looks so nice, I decided to try again. The second time, was also Friday- Sunday. I reviewed with the check in girl , for my dog to be fed 3 times a day, he also had printed instructions in his backpack. Plus his food has instructions printed on it. I even called on Saturday to see if they had questions. I picked him up on Sunday evening and he was returned with all of his Sunday food. they hadn't fed him since the night before... they only fed him once at night.. all of his food. They need a better or any kind of system to feed these dogs, or I have been extra unlucky twice.
