They did a complete tear off and while replacing the new shingles they discovered the tabs were cut incorrectly. They stopped the job, contacted the supplier and arranged for new materials to be delivered. In order to turn out a quality job they had to tear off the defective shingles and start again with a new batch. Their attention to detail to turn out a quality job was impressive. I would highly recommend Central Home for their quality and attention to details.

From our initial consult all the way through following up with us after the project was complete and payment was made. Professional in every sense. Additionally, the previous owner through their well intentioned DIY-ing, created some challenges for Lucas and his crew, but he came up with a creative plan on the spot during our consult to not only make it work, but maintain or improve upon the aesthetics. We couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out. If you're in need of new gutters and/or leaf guards (which we opted for as well) Lucas will deliver; High quality materials, honest rates, great workmanship and customer service. You'll get all that, all while supporting a local small business. You will not be disappointed.

Justin did our whole house with gutters. I had a national company come out and bid the project and…read morethe bid came in just under 10 grand. Crazy. Justin came out and his bid was just over 3 grand with oversized gutters (I have metal roof and steep pitch so we needed larger gutters) with leaf guard covers. We live in the north woods of WI so leaves are everywhere but not in my gutters. He is meticulously in his install and his work with the customer. He actually fit in my install on a Sunday because he was doing another install up here. Once done he cleaned up any metal chards and any other debris he made. We both checked out his work and all was great. He did the work last summer and this past winter everything held up perfectly.

The other businesses called back and either put me on a "wait-list" or never called back! Oostburg promised an estimate by a particular date - they delivered. Steve the sales guy was very knowledgeable and helpful about product options. We settled upon a gutter style, color and gutter cap system and an intall date was scheduled in December. Again, they delivered as promised. However, due to my own oversight, I failed to communicate specifics as to how I wanted a particular downspout installed. No Problem! Steve dispatched the crew back to install the downspout per my liking - at No Charge! Can't say enough positive about this company!! In this day-in-age of gutter/window/siding swindlers and hustlers, it was a pleasure doing business with this family owned and operated company. I gladly wrote Oostburg Seamless Gutters a check. Good value! Excellent quality! Great service! Daniel G. Bayside, WI April 2023

The one unfortunate thing was I asked for two rain barrels instead of downspouts - and they installed them, but less than a year later the rain barrels were falling apart (the drainage spigot fell off on one and the spigot wouldn't open to drain on the other). Steel Shield responded promptly to my call and came out and replaced the rain barrels with downspouts, no charge. Can't remember the rain barrel brand, but they said they won't use that company again. Sadly, I am out the original $350 it cost to purchase those rain barrels and there was no warranty on them...
