An extremely noisy building with many other negatives. It's right across a liquor store so just…read moreaccept that it's a bad idea to move here. You -might- luck out and not have crappy neighbors but truth of the matter is that the floors and walls are extremely thin and this place was clearly built with cheap materials. You literally hear every single step someone makes above you and good luck getting any sleep if your next door neighbors are playing music or watching videos. Hell, one of my neighbors cranks up her sound-bar and does karaoke as annoyingly as possible every weekend. I now carry immense hatred for karaoke and for whoever bought and approved the building material for this flimsy and overpriced hack of a building. There's no way to sugarcoat this. OneBeachmont is built and managed to feel like an extended-stay hotel. It's clearly meant for people who party and have too much money to piss away. If you're a working professional or have a family -- I would not recommend this place because you won't have any peace or rest. The management doesn't do anything about it because they feel like not everyone is bothered by noise but none of them actually live here, lol. Good luck if you need something in middle of the night because the support number gets you connected to a rep from India who basically tells you that they can't help you but they sure 'understand' how it feels. The upstairs party area on 6th floor is nothing short of a circus-show because it's too many tenants trying to hoard it at the same time. You have insulting (to ears) music overlapping from 4-5 different tenants bluetooth speakers and it's just awful and impossible to enjoy. There was a high turn-over with management (they employ 'gotcha' tactics by shuffling building managers/leasing agents so they're not liable for anything.) and everything feels like a crapshoot. Amazon lockers are convenient but that's about it. Crackheads roam around the parking lot and building at night and you really need to watch your back and your car. Tenants inviting dozens of guests who hoard the pool and lawn area are the worst. Management doesn't have a way to deal with this and you need to expect the worst because that's what you'll get. There should be a limit to how many people you can invite here because the place is seriously far too small and over-crowded. You have 2-3 tenants with large families who roll-in and take over everything so you're better off just going out. Where's your value here when few people hoard all the common areas? The gym is way too small for 300+ tenants. Good luck trying to get anything done because 5-6 people love to hoard the few pieces of gym equipment this place has. Last year we had a tenant who stole equipment and the email that the management sent was laughable. 'We have you on video but we'll give you a chance to come clean to us.' -- There was no video. Nothing is recorded. The cameras they use are only useful during the day and only when someone is there to physically watch what's going on. You really think this place has money to spend on video recordings and bandwidth that it requires? I think other people have commented plenty over how much dog crap is around the building. Some of these owners should really be banned from owning pets. The rent is incredibly and -insultingly- high for what you get here. Things across the street at their sister building Ocean 650 aren't any better. Read the reviews carefully. Covid19 situation was handled horrendously.

Greystar is rated 1.2 and Ocean 650 is absolute trash.. If you value your money and time, read…read morethis review and contemplate your options before you make a deal with these hacks. Everyone I've spoken to has the same exact thing to say: ever since Greystar took over, the building is worse than it was. Constant fire alarms at 4 in the morning. This has happened every 2 months since we moved in. When we moved in, the apartment was advertised with a balcony on the website. The one they showed me had a Juliet door. I'm pretty sure the layouts on your website should match the actual apartment we're looking at, but the individual who showed said "We just do that here." Okay... That doesn't exactly give me a great amount of trust in this organization's ability to cohesively run a building. The amenities are NEVER open because there's always some sort of issue or construction. The pools were closed for basically the whole season. The building was also advertised as dog friendly and that it included a dog park. That was a lie. Construction has been heavy since we moved in and I counted 47 nails IN ONE SITTING where the dog "alley" is set up now. My girlfriend and I went to a funeral and stuck a note on the door stating the dogs don't know how to be without us completely yet and that they are in training and may bark while we are out grieving with our family. Whoever was on that day decided to send us a notice without even coming to check the door. WHAT A JOKE. Bailey Goulding, the property manager, told us that they put $2 Million into the building. WHERE!? The repairs you've done on the building ALL SUMMER of 2021 was to remove dry rot from apartments that kept flooding, as confirmed by one of the handicapped tenants who has informed me that they have had to be relocated out of their apartment for about 3 months now because it keeps flooding, but they want you to believe it's fixed. Bailey also was very eager to point at Revere as to why I found a homeless encampment with feminine hygiene products and needles directly behind our building. I could see it from where I park my car, but I didn't need to considering my dog STEPPED ON A NEEDLE. Thank goodness it was capped. "Oh well you know how Revere is.." was the response. This is a luxury apartment. Hire a damn security guard to scare away the dope fiends. The fact that they don't screams that they only care about their bottom line and not the wellbeing of their tenants, an issue I'll go more into soon. Maintenance has been here once a month. Bailey's excuse is that it's a 5 year-old building. You're joking, right? My car has lasted longer. First it was a sensor on a microwave, then it was the thermostat's power cable disconnected in the middle of the night. No biggie, maintenance came to fix it. The problem is it happened 3 more times after the fact. I gave up on calling maintenance and only put in a call when it started getting cold again, because I'm just that fed up having to deal with this joke of a team. So far they've visited for the microwave, tiles in the bathroom that were cracked when we MOVED IN, the thermostat multiple times, and the trash compactor 3 times. We've lived here since February and there hasn't been a month where maintenance hasn't visited. The pandemic hit us just as hard as anyone and I lost my job. The complex assured us that as long as we pay down our rent we will be fine. I now have a new job 2 months later and have made payments totaling over $2000 in the past 2 weeks, and we just received a Notice to Quit after being assured we would be accommodated in these rough times. This seems like a dream apartment. Well it's a dream alright, a FEVER DREAM you want to wake up from daily. I regret not breaking lease when I had the chance. They will probably end up responding to this with a copy/paste response which makes plenty of sense. They simply don't care about anything but money. Fun fact: Microwave broke again as I was writing this, as if by some divine intervention I just needed more proof and pictures..

Looking from the outside in, this looks like a dream…read more Unfortunately, the dream stops there. To begin, my boyfriend and I moved in February 2021. Since the 6 months we've moved in, we have had to enter a ticket for every one of those six months due to appliances or issues with the apartment. On day 1, maintenance had to come in and repair the sensor on our microwave because it would turn on when the door was open. In the ensuing months we called for the trash compactor twice, once when the actual sink started to come off the counter, and as of recently, our thermostat is displaying no power cable on a day with a heat advisory, and the tiles in our bathtub are cracking and have been in disarray since day 1 and only getting worse. About a week ago, I had my grandparents funeral, so we left the dogs alone and left a note on the door saying they may bark. We got them during COVID so all they know is us and we specifically outlined that we were at a funeral in the note as well. Regardless, we got a complaint email that night about barking dogs. Speaking of which, my boyfriend and I will no longer walk our dogs ALONG the building as we found needles and a homeless encampment right behind and next to the parking garage, accompanied by needle caps and feminine hygiene products. ( Pictures below) The online postings ALL feature balconies, when in fact the first one shown had a "Juliet Door" and the one that included a balcony was $200 more per month. You're only paying the absurd amount of monthly rent for the beach view when in reality you're going to deal with a ton of other underlying issues. We were promised a dog park on the website, yet from the beginning the dog park has been locked up due to construction nobody told us about. The fact of the matter is, there's MUCH better options out there for this price point.
