    I echo Bobby's review. Stay away! Zach does NOT return phone calls. You cannot pick your own…read moretrees. They pick them (from their supplier). I had a tree die. I left message after message with NO response. It was finally replaced but NO follow up call to say sorry, how's it doing, etc. Always someone else's fault. Suggestion go to BZAK in Milford. Bought 2 trees from them. River Birch and Dogwood and WE got to pick. Delivery $100 no matter how many you buy. BIGGER than Big Trees. IDK how he stays in business. Zach if you read this, it was great meeting you on the first meeting but you need a lot of work on your customer service.

    I purchased two trees and had them installed by Big Trees 4U, a company of Lebanon Lawn & Landscape…read morealmost a year ago. These two trees came with a 1 year warranty. During this past winter I noticed the trees were dropping needles excessively. I wasn't sure if this was a normal shedding/cycling of the trees. So when the spring rolled around I decided to contact Zach (owner) via email on 3/30/17 to inquire if this behavior was normal for my Colorado blue spruce trees that have been in place less than a year. Attached to this first email were two photos, one of each tree showing their condition. Zach did not return my email until 4/20/17. In Zach's reply he stated I possibly watered the trees too much causing damage to the trees, and asked how much I was watering them. I emailed Zach back on 4/20/17 and stated that I followed the watering guide they provided, and also stated I was watering about 3 gallons a day, which was a suggestion of the installer on the day of installation. Zach once again took several weeks to reply back, not sending a response until 5/11/17. He stated in this email that I was watering too much in short periods of time. I replied back on 5/11/17 explaining to Zach I took the advice of his installer to water in small amounts everyday instead of watering all 21 gallons at once. I never received a response back from my 5/11/17 email to Zach. In frustration I sent another email on 5/22/17 asking if the trees can be replaced under the 1 year warranty as the tree conditions have worsened - still no reply. On 6/5/17 I sent another email explaining to Zach it had been several weeks since I last heard from him. I went on to describe the condition of my two trees had worsened and asked if they could be replaced once again, and I would like to get this resolved as I am growing frustrated with no responses from him. When I didn't receive a response to my 6/6/17 email I decided to call their office. On 6/12/17 at 1:36pm is when I placed my first phone call to their office. No one answered my call as I was sent to a voicemail where I left a message. In the message it states to leave a message and they WILL GET BACK WITH YOU. I asked for them to call me. I never heard back that day, so I decided to call again the next day 6/13/17 at 8:57am where I left another message, then called again at 9:10am that same morning, still no answer. I waited until the afternoon on 6/13/17, called again at 3:49pm - still no answer. I decided to try and reach out to them one more time as I still haven't heard anything back from Zach by email, nor by phone. So I called again on 6/15/17 at 3:13pm, again no answer, just voicemail, still no communication. It will be 1 year that my trees will be instilled on 6/22/17. I want my trees replaced. The customer service I have received from this company has been terrible. It is so displeasing having to chase a company that is suppose to warrant their trees but never get back with you! Stay far, far away!
