They brought down loads of healthy branches by the bunches and left the dead stuff. In the end they said that they didn't know they were supposed to get rid of the dead branches. It's beyond me why you would the dead branches anyway. So now they have to come out another day and do what they were supposed to do in the beginning. They obviously did not listen to instructions and did not use basic common sense. I would tell anyone to stay away from this company.

The communication from this company is completely non-existent…read more First, part of our job was subcontracted out, without our knowledge or consent. Second, the subcontractor just walked into our fenced and gated backyard without scheduling with us first - this is trespassing. Third, the subcontractor broke several flagstones on the path to our backyard, and Lefke is neither taking responsibility for this or putting us in contact with the subcontractor to remedy this. They were dismissive over the phone and hid behind their "contract" which says nothing about subcontractors at all. Lastly, they continue to send us a bill without addressing the issues mentioned, or even responding to multiple messages both my wife and I have left. I would advise anyone and everyone to steer clear of this company - they don't care about you or doing the job properly, just hounding you for money for an unsatisfactory job.

I paid him his full qouted price after the tree was cut down and the branches/debris was removed and then he never came back to grind the stump. I called and left messages and then finally got ahold of him on the phone, he said he "forgot" that he still had the stump to grind and that he also had to take care of the numerous large ruts his truck and vehicles left in my yard and that he would get that done "the middle of next week" which would have been 15 July 2026, but, surprise, surprise, he never showed up or called to explain why he hadn't come when he said he would and now he will not return calls or take care of the work. Jason is completely unprofessional, a liar and I would NOT recommend hiring him no matter what price he quotes as he will not do the work he contracted to do. I'm currently in the process of filing for a court date in small claims court. Avoid this scumbag and his company unless you want to be scammed/ripped off.
