The Company states that they had to "disconnect" service to loyal customers (residents) because "their signal is being blocked by leaves on the trees". We can only hope that a new and competent Internet Service Provider will takeover and provide the excellent service that our residents and businesses deserve.

I've had Fast-Air for a couple years now and the service just gets increasingly better. I was…read morenervous when ownership changed hands but there was a completely smooth transition and I've continued to have amazing service. As the company grows pass that on to the customer, i.e. bandwidth increases etc. Today I emailed about my service being out and thinking it had to do with the severe winter weather. I was called within an hour to troubleshoot over the phone. When that didn't work they came to my house within 10 minutes to address the issue. Turns out my is a jerk and ate the lines going into the house. These two guys worked in Sub-Zero Arctic weather to run new lines for me and get me back up and running.
