Very unfortunate they are the only resource available. They certainly don't appear interested in expanding or solving infrastructure issues for existing customers.

The Company states that they had to "disconnect" service to loyal customers (residents) because "their signal is being blocked by leaves on the trees". We can only hope that a new and competent Internet Service Provider will takeover and provide the excellent service that our residents and businesses deserve.

I've had Fast-Air for a couple years now and the service just gets increasingly better. I was…read morenervous when ownership changed hands but there was a completely smooth transition and I've continued to have amazing service. As the company grows pass that on to the customer, i.e. bandwidth increases etc. Today I emailed about my service being out and thinking it had to do with the severe winter weather. I was called within an hour to troubleshoot over the phone. When that didn't work they came to my house within 10 minutes to address the issue. Turns out my is a jerk and ate the lines going into the house. These two guys worked in Sub-Zero Arctic weather to run new lines for me and get me back up and running. Awesome company, locally owned, for sure the way to go for all your internet needs!! Thank you Fast-Air!!
