**UPDATE** The business owner sent the cleaners back out at…read moreno charge and without hassle to touch up the areas that were missed, so 4 stars for that. Original: The two people who came to my house today were so so so polite and respectful. I was really grateful for that. This was my first time using a cleaning company and I was nervous. My home wasn't particularly gross (at least not in my opinion) but I was just anxious about it and really wanted a thorough deep cleaning of all the nooks and crannies in my house. They worked hard for 3 solid hours, although I was expecting 3.5 because that's what I was told I was paying for. I got the "deep cleaning" package and was expecting a thorough scrub of my baseboards, windows, blinds, trim, dusting, mopping, etc. They tried to tackle most of those things but I felt that the online description of the deep cleaning package was misleading. Online it said the oven would be cleaned, the blinds, the windows. I don't think the blinds and windows were done, at least it didn't seem like it. Oven was definitely not cleaned. I had to ask for some of the baseboards to be done as well. The dusting wasn't great. I ran my fingers over multiple surfaces in my home after they left and they hadn't been cleaned. Like I said, they worked hard for 3 hours, so it's not like they didn't get to those things on purpose. Maybe my expectations weren't reasonable. I might need to go with the design with time package in the future to really get exactly what I want done. I will say that the convenience of scheduling and communication from the business was spot on. The owner himself did a virtual walk through of my home and communicated with me from the moment I booked. I'd recommend them as a recurring cleaning service if you just need a touch up now and again or maybe you're injured/just had a baby/etc. and need help with the usual. As for deep cleaning, maybe go with the design with time package and pin point certain things that you are really picky about.

Un-thorough is the best word for it, definitely not a deep clean. They emailed and texted over asking for an internal rating and over so I finally did and then they started CALLING and texting over and over asking why. Then they literally blamed the customer (see pic) after they had claimed they wanted to "rectify the issue"

Definitely unfortunate especially since I was a regular and I just assumed their business was going well. During that time, I was looking for another reliable company and I came across this one! Jessica, presumably the leader of the team of maid, did an amazing job with multitasking. She was cleaning, going through a list, making sure everyone was on time, and so on. thought that window washing my second story windows was nearly impossible, but Jessica proved me wrong. The best part of this business is that they're committed to only using products that are safe for the environment. It makes me feel better to know that a business will put our planet before.

Disappointed. Giving one star because I can't give zero…read more One of their cleaners was over today to clean a single average size room, one time only. As we arranged this cleaning, I reiterated several times the exact tasks to perform, even provided a written, bulleted task list that included my providing an unscented cleaning product due to allergies and the need to clean "all internal glass surfaces." Once the cleaner arrived, I told them to contact me by phone or text with any questions/ issues and they confirmed. They started cleaning and a while later I checked to see how things were going and noticed they had not used my unscented cleaning agent "because it was a concentrate" and they "couldn't mix it" with the appropriate amount of water. I have no idea why nor do I understand why they wouldn't contact me to have me mix it. So, smelly room that I had to mop again myself with the unscented cleaner. They also did not wash all the windows because a couple were "too high" and their insurance wouldn't cover that task. Seems like they could have mentioned that as other service providers did, while we set up the job. But not a word. So, after I mopped the floor again to remove the smell, I had to clean the upper windows that I had believed were to be cleaned. Again, simple single room clean, because I don't have the time to do it but I had to, anyway. Lesson learned - won't be using this service again.
