They have very traditional methods of teaching. You learn to train not only physically, you learn to take control of your mind too. I can honestly say that this helped me in other aspects of my life like my career. It helped me relieve stress and remove all my 'brain-noise' and made my mind more efficient. Also, helped a lot with confidence, and moving up the corporate ranks. All of the staff were so helpful and ensured that everyone was having a great time. The teachers in the gym were so good with all the Children. I have a 3 year old and 1 year old twins. Our party was a mixture of ages from 1 to 7 and the teachers interacted with all the Children and made sure everyone was having a great time. The best part of the party was that they cleaned up every thing for me! The facility was clean and welcoming and overall from booking to the actual party our experience was fantastic. They did make mistakes on my invitations and I had to get them reprinted but the girls were so apologetic and fixed them for me straight away! We will be going back for the twins party!
