Absolutely the worst vehicle experience in 55 years of driving 30-40,000 miles per year…read more 2020 Ram with 80,000 miles, despite exceeding manufacturer recommended maintenance schedules, head gaskets failed, cylinders scored. Dealership recommended replacing bad engine with new engine because it was covered by a reliable extended warranty. After engine was torn apart warranty company refused to cover engine replacement (over $10,000). Serra gave me one option, pay $10,000 for a new unreliable V6 engine. No breaks from Serra leadership, mechanics or salesman. Who wants to pay $10,000 for a broken truck that originally cost over $50,000? I begged for a break (like one third to half cost or buy back vehicle), no break. Worst customer service after the sale of any business in 55 years (yes, I was a business owner and a war veteran). Serra responded once with "we are sorry for your situation", a worthless response from a bad dealership. If you are thinking about purchasing from Serra, be very careful. Apparently profits are more important than people (most former Marsh employees are working elsewhere). Ask your salesman how long the mechanics have worked for Serra? Ask salesman why Stellantis now offers a five year 100,000 mile warranty instead of 50,000? Good luck.

Your service department is terrible. The one time you actually changed my oil, you said the rear differential was fine. It wasn't. Had to get fixed elsewhere. Used regular oil instead of synthetic like I always get. Sat next to an 80 year old man who kept being told another hour like I was 3 times. He could barely walk and left like I did. Literally 0 out of 5 stars. Done using your service department. Our family had bought at least 3 new cars from you. Just completely the worst. Done with Serra!

We drove three hours (worth it!) and she met us outside when we arrived and had the car warmed up for us. The whole process was so easy, they took care of everything. We would definitely buy another car from this dealership.

I was given a few different stories about this. First, that CarFax was now charging dealerships $100 per car, second, that the car was a Chrysler executive car, so it wasn't available, third, they had switched to a different program, and fourth (after they saw the CarFax) that they only supply one if the customer requests one. The dealer was very evasive about supplying me one and when I paid the money and got it myself, I found information that the car had numerous repairs in its short 9,000 mile life. The sales manager was rude, telling me I must have entered the wrong VIN number. When I supplied the CarFax to him (after he said he would buy it from me) he told me that anyone in the car industry would have considered that a clean title. Sure, there were no accidents, but when a car with 9,000 miles needs new tires at 5,000 miles, a new windshield, new thermostat and new lug bolts all before it hits 10k miles, something is going on. When they were confronted about the excessive hard inquiries on my credit, I was told that I didn't understand indirect lending, although I had multiple lenders that I work with (at a bank!), as well as 2 other car dealerships tell me that their practices were completely incorrect. Stay away!!!

North Country Cars & Credit Car Dealers…read more518 S Williams St Mancelona, MI 49659 Stay away from this car lot and it's carsforsale.com site. Here's the link: (https://www.carsforsale.com/vehicle/details/21924901). I negotiated a deal with the owner, Cherie Hogan, for a 1985 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale Brougham from home in Phoenix, AZ. When the price of the car got to within reason, I made an offer and it was accepted by Cherie, i.e., she sent me and email saying I got myself a car. Not being able to afford having the car transported, I kept Cherie informed on my plans to fly out, pay for the car and drive back to AZ. On 9/17/16 I went to the bank to arrange for a cashiers check. I let Cherie know this when I returned from the bank. On 9/19/16, I sent her an email early that morning laying out my travel plans and let her know I had the funds, etc. I was ready to book a flight for my sister and I for 9/23/16 and wanted to make sure all was well within Cherie's schedule. When I didn't hear back within a reasonable amount of time, I called the car lot and got an answering machine and it gave out a text phone number. So I left a message on the machine, then called the text number to have Cherie call me. Heard nothing back until approximately 3:00 p.m. my time, 6:00 p.m. her time. She sent me a text saying "as is the case, somebody showed up with more cash and the car was sold." She said not to be upset and that the guy that bought it was a mechanic, test drove the car and said it had issues. She then said she would have been uncomfortable with me driving the car back to AZ. Not once did she contact me to tell me any of this until the end of the day and after the car was sold. As of the writing of this review, I still have not gotten a straight answer from her regarding just what the issues were or even a copy of a carfax report she claims the buyer had showing there was a mileage discrepancy. I told her none of the reports I looked at mentioned anything about the mileage. Then she wants to "text" me the info from the carfax. Bottom line is that this person is NOT TO BE TRUSTED! I personally believe someone came by, drove the car, and bought it.
