I read about the horrors of his office. But, still took an objective approach because another…read morewonderful pain doctor recommended him. However, it's true. It's the place you go to when you want NO RESPEC. I made an appointment with office, then 2 weeks later called to see if there were any cancellation for a sooner one and spoke to Eve, who claimed to be the drs office manager. Having been a Customer Service Training Professional, I can comfortably say this person would work NO WHERE, where CUSTOMER SERVICE and BASIC SOCIAL SKILLS are required. She was indignant over the fact that I would try to change my appointment. And, attempted to blame me for a mistake other office staff made of my record. I've NEVER seen Dr. Cash, so that was NOT possible. Needless to say, I cut her short and closed our conversation. But, 1 day before my appointment she canceled it! This experience confirms all the negative feedback I read. I'm grateful tho because I clearly dodged a BULLET. To those reading this, save yourself the trouble of considering this doctor. Its a HORROR that a physician who treats patients with pain, can hire people like this women with NO SOCIAL SKILLS and COMPASSION. Consequently, Dr. Cash, does NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. There are too many comprable doctors to settle for this place.

I got a Nevro pain stimulator, didn't work, it's out. I was told to see Cash. No way. Pain level: 7-8, I'm not looking for empathy, I want treatment, no gaslighting. He won't help you, he's only here for the bucks. Avoid him. Enough said.
