Avoid! Called to make an appointment with a podiatrist affiliated with Doctors United who was in my insurance network. Receptionist said that doctor was not available, but another podiatrist who was in my network was. That was a lie, which I only found after two visits and receiving a bill for over $600. Dealing with their billing department has been a tedious headache. Yuck. Podiatrist didn't help either. read more

Been waiting for almost 2hrs and 30 minutes just to see the doctor. My appointment was at 3:30pm I came on time and I just left at 5:30pm. Been here couple of times waiting for the doctor this long. Other people came after me and they got attended first than me. read more

Awful wait time/ receptionist experience. Horrible reviews are correct. After waiting 40 minutes (and the Dr officially running late) the Dr comes out and asks his receptionist (Meilin)if he has patients waiting or if he can't take a lunch break. She says to take a lunch break. Right in front of me. I stood up and said I was waiting 40 min already and why did she tell him to get lunch. She made up some nonsense about waiting for my insurance to process. I said this was outrageous. She didn't call the Dr back to fix the situation so I left. I loved Dr. Kritzberg. I think the office staff needs a little bit more training as I thought they seemed quite disorganized. one hand didn't know what the other hand was doing. I would use the Dr. again if I needed. read more

Dishonest billing practices, highly ineffective care: It will most likely be necessary to go elsewhere even if you do come here, so spare yourself the hassle. I don't know how they remain in business with such dishonest billing practices. For one thing, they bill under the names of doctors you'll never meet at their office. They also lie about following up with authorization requests with your insurance. I have been waiting 3 weeks now, postponing treatment where I have been referred elsewhere by my doctor because they still haven't made the simple phone call to my insurance to notify them of my last date of service so that I'm covered at the office of my new provider. They had the nerve to contact me 2 weeks ago to confirm that they made the call when they never did. Their physical therapists are absolutely terrible. I couldn't get them to contact my referring doctor to coordinate my treatment for over 3 and a half months, at which point I found out they were flying completely blind and never even bothered to review the reports from my MRI and X Rays. One of the PTs is 70 years old and sits hunched over his desk the whole time, never checking on your form doing exercises. Their treatment plans were completely ineffective. This was so bad that I had to file a quality care complaint on this place, especially the doctor. Read this because even though I hated it, its kind of funny. To start off, walking into this doctors office, everyone working the front desk was unprofessional and so loud that (who I assume was) the manager had to yell at them. They got my name wrong and when the nurse asked the front desk, the girls response was "well I didn't ask her how to spell it!" as I was listening and waiting for them to be done wasting my time. The doctor was the worst part. I sat down and he immediately had attitude toward the other workers and the doctors office as a whole. Whispering to himself "are you f'ing kidding me?" then continues to sigh and complain as I sit awkwardly. Then as I'm telling him some issues I have, such as insomnia, he cuts me off every time I try to explain something. Me: I have trouble sleeping, in the past I've tried taking melatonin(all I said). He stops me and says "NO NO NO NO NO! To the IGNORANT, people think they can get addicted to melatonin and that stuff does not work in the first place." Then he proceeds to waste my time on his rant about it for 10 minutes. He then mentions a woman named Virginia Waters, who he clearly is in love with, he suggested I get HYPNOSIS from her, bragged about how he knows her, to mention his name and that she's so good and soooo amazing that I won't be able to get an appointment from her. But make sure you call her to mention my name. Wasting my time again. He also did this same thing when recommending other doctors in the area. That he knew them in an arrogant tone and to mention his name. I mentioned that I smoke, he asked if I have history of anxiety & depression, I said yes, so he proceeds to tell me about all the hundreds of medications that I CAN'T take for smoking because of my history. Then proceeds to dismiss and undermine the fact that I have anxiety & depression as if it was least important. He told me " You're lucky you're here and not at my office because this would have costed you $1500 to come see me." I told him I think I have carpel tunnel, my hand feels numb every now and then. He takes my wrist and taps it, asks if I feel numbness. I say no. He said "well that's the oldest trick in the book!" then proceeds to rant for 5 minutes about the history of how they used this technique. As the finale of this visit, Mr. Kritzberg gets a phone call and takes it in the middle of my explanation of something. Sits in front of me while he talks as I clearly hear it. The convo was with his lawyer about a case that she's trying to get him out of. Something maybe I shouldn't be listening to my DOCTOR speak about, don't you think Mr. Kritzberg?! I get up and tell him, "excuse me, you're incredibly rude and unprofessional. You just took a call in the middle of our conversation." His response: "well I have to take this." I said I'm leaving. Please give me my papers. His response: " okay, here you go, you're welcome." Mr. Kritzberg, you are clearly arrogant, lonely and tired. It's time to retire. I took off work for an hour and a half for this.Do not go here because they're still also going to charge you for a pointless visit. read more

I made an appointment through ZocDoc to see Dr. Kritzberg because of wrist pain/swelling. After an hour of waiting, I went into his office and explained the situation with my wrist, to which he responded "And you have a rash on your face?" I told him about my rosacea, and was anxious to get back to the pressing topic - my wrist. However, he wanted to talk only about the rosacea. He said, and I quote, "You need to get that treated immediately... I'm not supposed to say this, but you're an attractive woman, and you can't just let that go down the drain." He proceeded to google rosacea on his phone, reading points aloud from websites that recommended things like using sunscreen every day. I'm the one with rosacea (and google, for that matter), you can bet I've already looked into it. Overall my experience was very uncomfortable, and handled completely unprofessionally. Needless to say, I will never be returning to this office or recommending it to any of my peers. The one redeeming event of the visit was that Dr. Kritzberg recommended I see an orthopedist for my wrist, who was ultimately very helpful in solving my problem. For that I am grateful. read more

So unprofessional and disorganized ! Went there for the first time because of a very painful pinched shoulder nerve. Had me waiting for over an hour and a half because of an issue with their fax machine that they were rudely blaming on my primary doctor at first. Wasn't updating me on their progress and the receptionist didn't seem to know what they were doing. Also the attitude they were giving was pretty outrageous. Wasn't seen after waiting all that time. Vey bad scheduling system. Expect to be seen an hour later than your appointment time. I wish they had a better explanation than because two patients before me were super late and didn't show up I had to wait an hour for them to show up and be seen. Patients that late should be rescheduled instead of making others wait. People are mostly nice here so I really don't want to post this, but this is the third time this happened. read more

I went to see Dr Stuti Parekh & she was great. Very friendly, thoughtful & kind & very sweet. Genuinely interested in my well being, even though i went for something small. It was my 1st visit to the office. I found her through my healthplan, i was not recommended to her by anyone, but to my surprise she was really great! I would definitely go see her again. I was nervous to see a new dr, My Rating is specifically for her, i dont know the office too well or anyone else there. I"ve had bad experiences w/dr's that dont have time to talk to u, they just push you along like a #... but i didnt feel that way by her. read more
