Recently Justin has done some work on my central heating and after reading some of the negative comments I decided to get it double checked just to see, I honestly didn't expect anything to come of this. Well, I was totally shocked when I was told there were so may faults my "new central heating" fitted by Justin would cost almost £1000 in repairs. When I mentioned Justin's name the plumber (well it was actually 2 plumbers from 2 totally different companies) both totally freaked out. Due to the cost of the repairs to make my system safe I decided I wasn't going to risk it and had the whole thing ripped out and completely replaced. I was moaning to my friend about the situation (as you do). She mentioned it to her plumber when her central heating was being serviced and her plumber also freaked out saying "OMG OMG he didn't fit your system did he?" luckily, she could say no. It makes me wonder what type of company this is and how long they have been doing such shocking work to get this reputation? Although it cost me so much money to have my central heating replaced at least I can now sleep easily knowing my house is at least safe. This company is a total bunch of cowboys. After being let down by our regular plumber who said they'd repair our toilet in a couple of days - two weeks later, and after no return of calls; I then called Northampton H20, who attended when they said they would, and repaired our toilet on Christmas Eve.
