TJ had not only the most competitive quote by a long shot, but they are the ONLY company I could find guaranteeing post-mitigation levels below 2.0. The EPA says you should consider mitigating with levels between 2.0-4.0, and every other company guarantees merely 2.7. That would have been enough, but Tom, John and the whole team (electrician Michael and test coordinator Sam) are also exceptionally kind and professional. They were utmost patient with me during my 11th-hour indecision about where the system should be placed, and patiently weighed the pros and cons with me. They were flexible with scheduling the post-test for when we were out of town so we could close the windows without baking. (We don't have A/C.) Our initial level was 5.7, their system got it down to 0.6. It is unintrusive and quiet. The only reason I can possibly see to use anyone else is that TJ Radon is booked over a month out.
