Wellington and his crew did a great job for 3 days, starting early in the morning at 7am daily and finishing around 6-7pm. They were able to dig deep enough to accommodate the larger vinyl windows I wanted to put in to replace the current broken and smallish basement window. They were able to achieve the look I wanted for my house, and even incorporated a few steps into one of the window wells which I had intended as an egress! Quite innovative! The building inspector who came said it was well done, and had no complaints! I would definitely hire Wellington and his crew again! They were on-time, and worked very hard.

Upon further investigating the issue it turned out that the extent of the damage was greater than appeared on the surface as the post had completely rotted through, the wall had pulled away from the deck and the foundation underneath had crumbled. Despite the amount of work involved, John remained honest and fair as he provided me with several options and worked with me and my budget to get the best result possible to meet both my expectations as well as his high standard of quality. I am beyond pleased with the final outcome! They managed to get the entire side of the porch torn down, the foundation properly repaired and then have it all rebuilt and tied back into the existing stairs and porch within just a few days. In total I paid them over six figures. The projects started out well and the initial work was done well at a fair price. However, on the last 3 projects totaling $17,000 I was completely ripped off. A French drain they dug blocked up, and the driveway asphalt they laid started peeling off within a month or two.The back patio fell apart within months of completing it and, less than 12 m out, is now ready for demolition and redo.What's worse Is that I had treated him more than fairly: I paid all my bills on time (And even early when he needed the cash], fed his workers regularly,helped take care of Paul when he was sick and helped his son to get a job interview. And yet despite several pictures of the. Situation and emails and his foreman visiting and confirming that it was falling apart, I've had no response from him at all much less an offer to fix it, even after I offered to pay for the fix.
