I contacted the Little Blind Shop. Karen's expertise and knowledge was off the charts and my 1-1/2 years of frustration quickly vanished. Karen was able to narrow down from her extremely large fabric and blind selection to a handful of selections that brought my vision to reality. Every time I walk into my home I feel like I am walking into someone else's home, my window treatments are beautiful and I am so happy with how they all came together so perfectly. (My husband loves them & he never says anything about what I do in the house - quite a compliment after 42 years with him) I continually am getting compliments on the window treatments and even have been told "It looks like a page out of Better Homes and Gardens!" (No wonder I feel like I'm walking into someone else's home - it's not just me!!) Karen's installer also was "top-notch" & very attentive to detail of the end result (i.e.rod height/placement/folds in draperies/height off floor - overall finished installed look). Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Karen and her business, (The Little Blind Shop) - I am more than grateful for her professionalism, knowledge, and ability to enhance my vision to even more than I could have imagined. 10/10 would not recommend. I lost 1/3 of the security deposit for things that were already done…read more This is after I payed $100+ on professional carpet cleaning that was required from them. If not, I would have been charged. With the cleaning, most of it was near to impossible to clean without hiring a someone to get into the smallest cracks. I tried my darn best and the young woman who did the check out, said that it has been the cleanest apartment that she had seen. Don't even bother cleaning because they are going to charge you anyways. If it wasn't for the proximity to college, I wouldn't recommend this company unless you are really in pinch. This is if you look past the mice and mice poop, extremely thin walls, questionable security door and lack of responses from the office. If you have another option, please take it.

I tried to get an apartment through this place and it would have cost 495$ a month and I got…read morerejected even after asking if I could get a co-signer. This place is COMPLETELY unreasonable and trashy. The apartment was nothing cute it is affordable living but horrible management and stupid standards for the most BASIC living arrangement. As a young person trying to find a place to live the standards for apartments are outrageous for an old tired building. DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT try and put in an application for ANY of these buildings cuz they will reject u and not even try and work with you.
