I would expect if they can bill me again without my permission or consent the least they could do is allow me to work out but was told I need to leave. Front desk was unable to provide any documentation on their policy I agreed to that they could do that. It's a nice gym but I won't be back and hopefully they won't bill me again.

I like that they have a little stretching area between cardio and weights and it's kind of out of the way so u don't feel like everyone is staring at you. No showers and bathroom is kinda small and doesn't have any of the nice fancy additives (like hair dryers or anything like that) that some gyms do. Staff is usually pretty friendly! ONLYYYYYY beef is that they don't allow the women to wear just a sports bra top, you have to wear a shirt, which is annoyinnngggggggg b/c it's just another layer to get all sweaty and gross. I personally just like to wear just a sports bra as a top. But.. I get it. I go to the Edmond location where they have never had a problem with it... which is GREATTTTTTT b/c honestly... that probably would be a deal breaker for me. Now, onto the actual review of this location. I thought the color scheme and layout was a bit too much. There's just too many colors, and the layout of this gym is not aesthetically pleasing. I know most won't care about these things, but I am on the spectrum, and these things bother me and distract me a lot. As far as equipment goes, there's a lot of everything at this Crunch just like any other Crunch. However, this location is busy from morning to night just like the Edmond location. I feel like this one's even more busier though. So, it's not that comfortable to workout here. I did use the restroom during my visit so, I was able to checkout the ladies locker rooms and restrooms. They are located in the same area, and seem to be fairly clean. In conclusion, I thought the staff at this location was super professional and friendly. if you can't afford a nicer gym, this gym could be a good option if you primarily do cardio and weight lift, but reserving classes might be a challenge. If you're introverted like me, and don't like huge crowds.. this isn't the gym for you. I give this place an average review, because it's an average gym, nothing fancy, nothing special, just a regular gym that's super crowded.
