I would expect if they can bill me again without my permission or consent the least they could do is allow me to work out but was told I need to leave. Front desk was unable to provide any documentation on their policy I agreed to that they could do that. It's a nice gym but I won't be back and hopefully they won't bill me again.

I like that they have a little stretching area between cardio and weights and it's kind of out of the way so u don't feel like everyone is staring at you. No showers and bathroom is kinda small and doesn't have any of the nice fancy additives (like hair dryers or anything like that) that some gyms do. Staff is usually pretty friendly! ONLYYYYYY beef is that they don't allow the women to wear just a sports bra top, you have to wear a shirt, which is annoyinnngggggggg b/c it's just another layer to get all sweaty and gross. I personally just like to wear just a sports bra as a top. But.. I get it. I go to the Edmond location where they have never had a problem with it... which is GREATTTTTTT b/c honestly... that probably would be a deal breaker for me. My first session was disorganized and taken over by a trainee so I didn't get a full workout. My second session was canceled the same day and never rescheduled. Communication was poor throughout. The most frustrating part was how it was handled afterward. My refund or partial credit request was denied based on "policy," without addressing the fact that the services were never delivered. Overall, this felt unprofessional and poorly managed. I would be cautious about purchasing training packages here.
