They will correct you if your form needs adjustments and will really encourage you throughout the class. I loved the culture where you have a circuit and if you finish earlier than your peers you cheer them on until they finish. I also want to give a special shout out to Coach Laurel who introduced me in the beginning of class to give me a warm welcome. She remembered that I was visiting from Long Beach and was here for the week in Boston and traveling to Vermont. I highly recommend to anyone who is interested in CrossFit. I loved it so much I even bought a t-shirt.

I began TRT therapy about 2 years ago. For a while, I felt so much better! I've always worked out…read moreat the gym 3 or more times a week, but, after starting treatments, I could work out longer and harder than ever before. With 5 or more workouts per week, the results were amazing! I had so much energy, resilience, mental clarity, and an overall great mood, my self esteem increased dramatically. After the first full year of treatment, my gains remained, but i began to notice a change to my male parts of my anatomy. I worked with the staff, and they modified my medication. The changes were not helpful so they added a pill regiment to my injections. Again, part of me was 'shrinking' and to situation became much worse. Meanwhile, every change made to the therapy cost me more and more each month. I wasn' happy with the increased cost, but i figured I had to do whatever was necessary to stop and reverse the negative effects of the TRT injections. Recently, Boston Vitality added HCG injections to my monthly subscription, but, once again, it only got worse for me. Two months after stopping all treatment, I began to regain some size to my male parts. After all of this time, Boston Vitality has not / can not offer any answers or treatments. I'm truly on my own. Please be extra careful before injecting anything into your body, and don't expect much help from the staff.

I've always struggled with my weight, and trying weight loss diet's like WW, calorie counting, etc. never worked. I would get really strict with myself, hate what I was doing, feel terrible when I failed and then indulge more in food. But Jan and Get Lively have completely changed the way I think about food, my body, and my habits. Her in-depth intake process, constant focus on her client, and ever-evolving and individualized approached helped me to examine my deeply ingrained feelings around food and start to work on creating a healthier mindset and lifestyle.
