I asked him why make the service available to book online if the service isn't available?? He could've easily blocked it out or not taken appointments for that service until it was available. He said there was no appointments made before he went to bed so be still made it available to book even though the service itself was not. He basically blamed everyone else instead of taking responsibility for making a service available that wasn't.
