The kind folks at Jerry Remus took very good care of me…read more I was taking a trip from Denver to Sioux Falls South Dakota with my 5 year old daughter Corrine and my dog Casey. I was about 2.5 hours outside of Denver when we stopped at a gas station to use the facilities. When I turned the car off, a message flashed on my dashboard - No Key Fob Detected, press brake to restart. Somehow I was able to drive away from my home in Denver with the key still in the garage - unbelievable! Luckily I was able to restart the car, but I needed to have a new Fob made in order to get to South Dakota without risking safety issues on the balance of the trip. My husband called Jerry Remus, and confirmed they had a Fob in inventory - and I proceeded to the dealership. When I arrived, the team ensured that we all were settled comfortably in the waiting room - including my dog Casey - it was a very hot day and it would have been difficult without that courtesy. There were several wonderful employees that entertained both my daughter and my dog for the nearly three hours we were at the dealership that day. When we found that the problem could not be corrected until the next day, they helped me find a hotel that would allow dogs and ensured to give me a loaner car so that we were comfortable for the night. First thing in the morning, on a Saturday, the dealership made sure the key was programmed and we were able to get back on the road by 9:30 in the morning. The team was professional, courteous, kind, and I would recommend their service to anyone, anytime. Thanks to all!

I specifically asked about a carfax report before buying, the salesperson went on at length about how unreliable carfax is. Eight months later I received a free car fax report when I took the car in for service, and discovered the accident history myself, making the value of the vehicle a LOT less than what I owe. THis lack of Transparency is disappointing and erodes trust, for all the "we live in the area and rely on repeat customers so you can trust us" Always get your own vehicle history report, these people can't be trusted.

Two days later I picked it up. The handle was fixed, it opened and closed the door just fine. However whoever did the work gouged the plastic on the door attempting to remove the plastic plugs to get to the screws and ripped the fabric on the door. I showed the owner (refior) the damaged. He did not offer an explanation or apology for the damage nor did he offer to fix or pay for the damage. Just another example of their I don't care work.

So the windshield wipers stopped working. We found Shrake on our GPS and pulled in on a Friday afternoon at 5:00pm. The owner and two mechanics took off the cowling, found and replaced the bushing. Easy peasy (for them, not me!). I sked, "how much," and the owner said -- sit down, okay? -- nothing. (I couldn't bear it and give them some money.) Now I can't guarantee they'll work on your car late on a Friday and offer to work for free... But I will guarantee they'll do the job professionally and with a good attitude.

I went to license my car and I wasn't able to because they never sent the paperwork to the DMV but tried to lie and say it was the banks fault. I had to pay late fees because of their negligence. The DMV said, this doesn't surprise us with Janssen. They're known for this. I've had my car for 6 months and still NO ONE has ever contacted me regarding all of the issues I've had.
