Where do I start... okay.. first.. I walked in 10 minutes early and the woman at the counter…read morescolded me and told me they weren't open "quite yet" and made me leave, instead of offering me a seat for 7 minutes. Then they charged me $30 more than even the local T/A for tires. Then they took a tire off and told me they couldn't put it back on because it had low tire wear and had a nail in it. It is however DOT legal.. they just wanted to extort me into buying another tire. I had to get loud and demand them put the tire back on for them to do so. Constant feeling of being forced to spend more money on their already over priced tires. They have also had my truck for over four hours for 4 tires and two tire relocates on a trailer. I also overheard a phone call where the woman let someone inquiring about 4 new batteries know that if the batteries show any wear on the housing he would have to pay an additional $40 core per battery. Again.. they will squeeze every drop of blood out of you that they can. Can't wait to see what they charged me to mount and dismount

My vehicle spent a lot of time at Todd's, first getting a wheel bearing replaced, front brakes…read morereplaced, and an alignment done. Then I had to get a wheel speed sensor replaced (that kept the ABS from working) which I believe was damaged during the wheel bearing job, as there had been no warning from the ABS system before I took it there. Before I would pay my final bill, I had the owner go on a test drive with me. I still heard front-end noise while I turned the wheel. But the own of the shop claims not to have heard anything. I have driven my van for 158,000 miles in the last three years, I know when my van is making a noise it hasn't made before. For not trusting me, and for not admitting that the damage to the speed sensor could have been done my one of his mechanics, I give this shop 1 star (because zero isn't an option) and two thumbs down.

The boys got fast food and we were all going to eat outdoors with the pups despite the heat and humidity. There just weren't any spaces for travel trailers available and we almost left and decided to just circle back into the lot, park on the curb in front of the pumps and sit on the curb and eat.
