I had a plumber at my house within 2 hours, which was a relief because I had already bailed/vacuumed out about 50 gallons of water (I have a total of four pumps - 2 submersible, two pedestal backups - lots of water). Alex, the technician, got the sump pump working again but I decided to replace it due to its age. Lowry has a price book so there's no making up the price. Also, I checked everything about the quote online to verify I'm not getting suckered. Alex did a great job working in close quarters. He used a spare pump to keep the water down while he worked. He left the work area very clean and wore shoe covers in the house.

I tried to get my tank refilled via online service request and noticed a message that I would be charged $140.00 fee for a "leak check" (this should be a FREE part of your service!) They also charge $97.00 for a yearly tank rental (120 gallon). In addition to the normal fill rates (which are higher than competitors), they also charge a $15 hazmat fee and an $8.00 fuel recovery fee. When you cancel your service, they charge more fees! - $119 for a "service dispatch fee" and then another $299.00 for a tank removal fee!!! Just for comparison, Irving Energy just recently started a yearly tank rental fee of $39.00 and NO hazmat fees - their install also includes a FREE site-leak check, and, their propane cost is significantly cheaper. AmeriGas(holes) are a HUGE RIPOFF and should be avoided!!!!

I…read morereally don't like having to write a negative review but unfortunately, I feel that some of the workers here are judgmental and pick and choose who they say things to, whether or not the person has to pay for the community room or not. There is a lot of things that they are not doing with certain people but then other people they are. Certain staff members yell at some patrons about being too loud but yet some man's phone kept ringing, ringing and ringing and being very loud and not one staff member came down to say anything to him about it. I had to ask a staff member to ask him to please turn his phone down and yet it was still going off. Then the community room issue in many people's minds I have asked it should be free for the community too use but yet they charge certain patrons to use it. I have witnessed 3 different "apparently" support groups do not have to pay to use the community room because they were support groups! I feel that it's discrimination due to the library saying that if it's non-profit it's $25/hourly and for profit it's $40/hourly. Those 3 groups were NOT support groups they were groups that are non-profit. I really feel it's really unfair that support groups don't have to pay anything. They should either make EVERYONE who needs to user the community room free, or EVERYONE has to pay whether they are a support group, non-profit or for profit!

He was polite and prompt. --- after he left I had to clean up around the mulch where debris came out and I went to screw the cap back on the clean out pipe which was left unsecured. I then noticed the pipe was now loose. I looked down the pipe with a flash light and it was a clean break off the trap. The pipe was broken and not secured to the trap. They said they're coming back to fix on Wednesday but want to charge me for it. Wasn't broken before the job. Should not be all on me. Rating depends on the resolution of this $825 job
