Our personal experience has been great both times! The doctors have always been caring & compassionate, and didn't make us feel like "crazy cat people" running to the vet at the first sneeze. The price was also reasonable -- we spent less than $100 at both visits for basic exam & medication. Our most recent appointment was on New Year's Eve, which was very convenient so our sick kitty didn't have to wait 2 more days to receive treatment! Love Village East. UPDATE 11/8/15: We had to finally take the 3rd cat in for something, and still had a great experience. Even though there wasn't anything wrong and we were just being paranoid pet parents, Village East made sure to explore the possibilities without charging us an arm & a leg. They even complimented us on our cat's name (Falkor) saying, "That's an awesome name for a cat." Love this clinic and will continue to use them whenever we need to (although, hopefully that won't be very often!)

My two German Shepard's stayed here for 4 nights. I asked twice if they could play in the yard…read moretogether. I was told yes. When we got there to drop them off I was told they don't have a fenced in yard for play. That they walk them twice from 8-10 and from 3-5. The website says they have raised beds. It was a thin black mat. So I left our dog beds. Which took up the whole entire inside kennel. We called on our way home from 3-5 to inform them we would be home the next morning and they never picked up the phone. My concern is did they even come back from 3-5 to let them out? I called at 7:50 am the next day to tell them we were on our way and he told me he was running late. At 8:10 he gets there. I walk in and the stench is so bad it almost knocks me over. One of my Shepard's chewed up her bed completely, which totally not in her character. The other bed made it so we took it home. It also had a terrible odor to it. So I got home and unzipped the outer cover to wash it and it was soaked through with urine. Even the inside stuffing. So not only did I pay for my dogs to be ignored, not get to run outside, and to be forced to sleep on their urine soaked bed. I also had to pay for two new dog beds. I will not be using k9academy in Henderson again for dog boarding.
