We brought our recently purchased vehicle to Victory after it developed problems only days after we bought it from Ace Auto Sales. From the beginning, the team at Victory was professional, patient, thorough, and -- most importantly -- honest with us. They took the time to properly diagnose the vehicle, document what they found, communicate with us throughout the process, and answer every question we had without making us feel like an inconvenience. The situation became much more complicated than a normal repair because of the warranty dispute and communication with the selling dealer. Victory was stuck in the middle of something they did not create, yet they continued to handle everything professionally. They communicated their findings, waited while we worked through the situation with Ace, completed additional testing when necessary, and ultimately gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision about our vehicle. After days of uncertainty, their final testing thankfully confirmed there was no coolant leak, and we felt completely comfortable authorizing Victory to complete the needed repairs. That peace of mind meant a lot after everything we had been dealing with. What impressed me most was that I never felt pressured, dismissed, or like Victory was trying to sell us something. I felt like they genuinely wanted to figure out what was actually wrong with the vehicle and get us safely back on the road. I brought it in, and one of the mechanics wanted to see my car first. He had me pop the hood, then proceeded to assess how hard the lightbulb would be to replace, and then just replaced it right then and there! Since I had bought a pair of lightbulbs (a better deal for a future light out), he replaced the other one, too! Then, he told me "no charge"! I certainly wasn't expecting that! My bulbs were pretty straightforward. I have had cars where they had to go through the wheel well, and I know with some cars they have to take the whole bumper off, so it can take hours of labor to change a bulb, so just because mine was no charge (because it was so easy) doesn't mean yours will be. But who can argue with instant service for free!? Thrilled with using Victory!

My neighbors were right. Double A set me up right, did TONS of work to a 30 year old jeep and got her squared up. The kicker? I gave them a budget cap of $2,000 to fix whatever needed fixing - they billed me for $1,200.
