I took my truck in to have some work done they did that…read morethen I got a call saying my transfer case rear output seal needed to be replaced come to find out when they remove the drive shaft they cracked my transfer case put silicone on it and send it out the door now they won't stand behind their work 2 years later when the silicone is leaking and the seal is leaking now telling me it's two years later that's why I have them do work because I don't have time to get underneath it!

However Norm is no longer with us and the business bearing his name has radically changed. Recently I brought an older vehicle in for a muffler replace, pretty straightforward, but when I got the quote I was floored, they wanted $834.00 for a muffler replacement, when I questioned if there were a cheaper alternative the parts guy, Mike, who I will refer to as Mike the dick gave me a condescending look as if I were not good enough to be doing business at his establishment. Basically he said no, you either do it my way or the highway. OK so I went down the street to the NAPA store and they did the muffler replacement for $230.00 and were pleasant in the process. They will now get all of our business and happily so.
