Over three hours later, I had not heard from them so I decided to Uber back, another $30. As I'm in the Uber, I get a call from someone there. They stated that they ran into problems and had not even started my car and asked me to come back the next day. When I arrived, I was handed the keys and told they would contact me when it was convenient for them to rebook. No apologies, no explanation, no promise to make it right. Run, don't walk, away from these guys. Wasted my time, my money, and just brushed it off.
